※This event is subject to change (the number of participants may be readjusted) and cancellation due to the fluctuating nature of social distancing measures regarding COVID-19 and unique circumstances of the venue.
[Overview]
▶ Fansign Process
1. To observe social distancing mandated by COVID-19 guidelines, the waiting area for fans and the fansign area have been separated. The raffle winners will be admitted in groups based on their order from the waiting room into the fansign area.
- Group 1: #1 - #6
- Group 2: #7 - #12
- Group 3: #13 - #18
- Group 4: #19 - #24
- Group 5: #25 - #30
2. The fansign will proceed in order. You cannot change your order and you will lose your place if you fail to participate during your turn. Please make sure you arrive early and verify your ID on time.
3. Your group will leave the fansign area together with your group, when everyone in your group has met all the members. You will not be allowed to re-enter once you leave the fansign area.
4. To observe social distancing mandated by COVID-19 guidelines, the seats in the fan waiting area will be spaced apart. Changing seats in any way will be strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the staff may result in restriction from the fansign.
5. Do not bring your belongings into the fansign area. Leave your belongings including any and all digital devices in the fan waiting area when you are ushered into the fansign area.
6. For a smooth fansign experience, you will not be allowed to stay in the fan waiting area when the fansign ends.
▶ Please Note (for the raffle winners)
1. There will be transparent partitions between you and the artist. Please observe the COVID-19 guidelines (wearing masks, washing hands, and etc.) inside and out of the fansign event. If you do not observe these guidelines, the staff may ask for your cooperation and you may be escorted off the premises.
2. Taking pictures or making personal videos or audio recordings while the artists are signing your album are strictly prohibited. Please leave all of your digital devices including but not limited to cellphone, camera, recording devices, Bluetooth earphones, and smart watches in the fan waiting area when you enter the fansign area. If you are found carrying digital devices inside the fansign area, the staff will seize the device’s memory to wipe it and you will be escorted off the premises immediately.
3. You will not be allowed to leave and re-enter the fansign area for bathroom breaks.
4. The name entered for the raffle will be signed ONLY on the album. Requests for personal messages are not allowed for this fansign event.
5. There will be no Q&A session.
6. Gifts will not be accepted. Please note that if you try to give a gift to the members, we will return it immediately.
7. Committing illegal transfer or sale of the winning raffle to another person, or other fraudulent activities will result in restriction from participating in all TREASURE events in the future.
8. Fans who violate TREASURE fan club etiquette may be restricted from the fansign without notice. This applies to all raffle winners including the subscribers of TREASURE Global Official Fanclub TREASURE MAKER Membership.
9. If you were unable to participate in the fansign, your autographed CD will be sent to the address linked to your Weverse Shop order.
▶ Fansign ID Verification and COVID-related Admission Requirements
[ID Verification]
1. The raffle winners’ QR code will be checked upon admission. You can find the QR code by tapping 'More' button (···) on the top right corner on TREASURE Weverse and TREASURE Event Applications. Screenshot image of the QR code will not be accepted, so please open the QR code on Weverse App on site
2. Please have your valid photo ID ready when you come to the fansign.
- South Korean nationality
- Minor: Student ID issued by your elementary, middle, or high school, passport, or government issued certificate that has a photo ID and your date of birth, or South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers)
- Adult: South Korean Resident Card, driver’s license, or passport
- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport or alien registration card
- Unless you are a South Korean minor, you cannot use your Student ID (including the student ID issued by your college or university) as a valid photo ID.
- All IDs must be presented physically, not as a photo or a photocopy. All IDs must not be expired, to be considered valid.
3.The staff will check your name, photo, and date of birth on your photo ID at the fansign venue. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information you submitted for the raffle entry, you will be denied entry.
4. Only the raffle winner (1 individual per invitation) can enter the fansign venue. The fansign invitation cannot be transferred or sold to another person. (You will be denied entry if you do)
5. If you lose your wristband, you will not be allowed to enter the fansign area.
[ COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines at the Fansign ]
1. All raffle winners must check in using the QR code and get their body temperature taken. If your body temperature is above 37.5℃ or if you display respiratory symptoms (coughs, sore throat, phlegm, runny nose, etc.) you will not be allowed to enter the fansign venue and you will be prohibited from participating in the fansign.
2. Masks are mandatory inside and outside the fansign venue. If you do not wear a mask or refuse to, you will not be allowed to enter the premises.
3. If you are caught not wearing a mask or consuming food other than water inside the fansign venue, you will be escorted off the premises. You will not be allowed to cancel your purchases or request refunds if you are escorted off the premises for your inappropriate behavior. Please remember to wear your mask during the fansign!
4. In accordance with the local municipality’s guidelines, you are prohibited from trying to loudly start a conversation with the artists, yell at them, shout out slogans or stand up from your seats inside the fansign area as well as the fan waiting area. Failure to comply with the guidelines may result in us escorting you off the premises.
5. Do not visit the event venue if you are not one of the raffle winners to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
[ Fansign Admission Requirements ]
We hereby inform you that as the guidelines for social distancing have changed, following the Step-by-step Daily Recovery, we are now legally required to check the Vaccine Pass for all participants of the fansign event.
Therefore, in order to participate in the fansign you are required to present your Vaccine Pass (Certificate of Immunization). If you cannot meet the requirements below, we regret to inform you that unfortunately you will be denied entry to the fansign. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.
1) If you are fully vaccinated and have a Vaccine Pass
Fully vaccinated = you have received 2 vaccination shots (1 shot for Janssen) not over 180 days ago and 14 days have passed since your last shot, or you have received your 3rd vaccination shot
2) If you cannot be vaccinated but can present a negative COVID-19 PCR test result from within the last 48 hours, or a negative rapid antigen test result from within the last 24 hours, or a doctor’s note
- Rapid antigen tests can be taken at screening centers and nearby local clinics (respiratory clinics designated by the Ministry of Health and Welfare)
3) If you have contracted and recovered from COVID-19 within the last 6 months (You must be able to provide a document confirming your release from quarantine.)

[ Fansign Admission Process ]
■ For Raffle Winners Who Have Been Vaccinated at Least 14 Days Ago and Not Over 180 Days
→ You will check-in using a QR code + the staff will check your Certificate of Immunization
※ You can speed up the QR check-in process by syncing your vaccination status (available via COOV) with your Naver or KakaoTalk QR Check-in feature.
※ How to Obtain Your Certificate of Immunization
1) Mobile: Digital certificate available via COOV (a mobile app created by the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency), KakaoTalk or Naver
2) Online: Visit the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (https://www.kdca.go.kr/index.es?sid=a3) or GOV.KR (https://www.gov.kr/portal/foreigner/en) website
3) Offline: Visit an inoculation site in person
■ For Raffle Winners Who Are Not Vaccinated But Can Qualify
→ You will check-in using a QR code + the staff will check your negative COVID-19 PCR test result which was taken in the last 48 hours, or the rapid antigen test which was taken in the last 24 hours, or a doctor’s note, or your confirmation of release from quarantine that is not over 180 days old (* Based on the date of the fansign)
※ Non-vaccinated participants who are under the age of 18 or participants who cannot be vaccinated must take the rapid antigen test (or other tests designated by the government at the time) and provide a negative result.
