We will be hosting the fan club booth “pookïe ZONE” during the BIBI 1st World Tour [EVE] in Los Angeles for BIBI OFFICIAL FANCLUB pookïe MEMBERSHIP (“pookïe Membership”).

MEMBERSHIP holders can receive a complimentary pookïe MEMBERSHIP KIT (only for on-site pick-up at [EVE] in Los Angeles). To be eligible, you must be an existing or new pookïe MEMBERSHIP holder and place an order for the complimentary MEMBERSHIP KIT via Weverse App in order to verify your MEMBERSHIP status.

[How to receive a MEMBERSHIP KIT at the pookïe ZONE]

1. Purchase pookïe MEMBERSHIP here. (If you are an existing MEMBERSHIP holder, skip this step) 

2. Purchase complimentary MEMBERSHIP KIT here. 

3. Check the pick-up QR code on the order detail page within Weverse App. 

4. Present your QR code to the staff when at the pookïe ZONE, and pick up your MEMBERSHIP KIT. 

* For a smooth pick-up process, please save your exchange ticket and order history after making your purchase. Internet access may be limited at the concert venue.

[Important Notice Regarding Purchase and On-Site Pick-up]

- The physical membership card is included without a personalized member name and number.  

- You cannot cancel or receive any refund for purchases made for membership, after redeeming your MEMBERSHIP KIT. 

- A maximum of one pookïe MEMBERSHIP KIT can be purchased per MEMBERSHIP holder whether for online delivery or on-site pick-up. 

- We will be unable to ship or make a refund for purchases that are not picked up during on-site pick-up hours.Your order will be automatically canceled after the event ends. 

- Sales may end early when inventory is exhausted.

- All transactions are made in USD.

- Please make sure not to disclose the QR code received upon making your purchase from Weverse Shop to others, as purchases are picked up without identity verification.

- Exchange due to product defects can only be provided on-site at the venue, so please check your purchased item for defects upon receiving it.

- Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.

- Please show your respect and love for the artist by displaying good manners and respect to each other throughout the pookïe ZONE event. 

- Please cooperate with the requests and guidance of the on-site staff.
