Shipping Announcement Regarding Weverse Global Shop Move To A Larger Logistics Center

Hello from Weverse Shop, an official merch store for fans.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all customers who use Weverse Shop. We would also like to notice that the logistics center moved to a larger facility to provide better services to our customers.

Please note that during the period of logistics center move, shipping, exchange and return may be restricted as written below.

-From Monday, May 10, 2021 to Wednesday, May 19, 2021 (KST)

※Orders placed before Friday, May 7, 2021 7:00A.M. (KST) will be delivered as planned.

※Orders placed after Friday, May 7, 2021 7:00A.M. (KST) will be delivered from May 20, 2021.

※Pre-ordered merch will be delivered as planned regardless of the schedule above.

※You can register return and exchange request during the aforementioned period, and can check whether your request is approved at ‘Wevere Shop App>My>Returns and Exchanges’. Please note that return and exchange request will be dealt with starting from May 20 (KST).

We are putting our best effort to meet the schedule, but it may unfortunately be delayed or changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the situation at the logistics center. If any change arises, we will immediately notice our customers.
