<BTS POP-UP : MONOCHROME> official merch will be available for purchase and pick up at the venue of the pop-up store on Fri. April 26, 2024 - Sun. May 12, 2024 (KST).

Weverse Shop Pre-purchase for Pick Up

Weverse Shop members will be able to purchase the official merch on Weverse Shop GLOBAL at the <BTS POP-UP : MONOCHROME> venue and pick them up on-site.

※ Weverse Shop PICK UP ZONE will be available only on the first day and the weekends (April 26-28, May 4-5, and May 11-12).

※ When entering the Weverse Shop PICK-UP ZONE, please follow the designated route and line up accordingly.

※ Only the customers who pre-purchased the PICK-UP merch on Weverse Shop PICK-UP can enter the PICK-UP ZONE.

How to Buy on Weverse Shop and Pick Up On-site (Except ‘Canvas Photo’)

① Weverse → Shop on the bottom left → BTS (GLOBAL) → Purchase products from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the PICK-UP category

② Weverse → More → My Orders → Check your QR code

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the <BTS POP-UP : MONOCHROME> on-site pick up zone and receive your purchases.

How to order ‘Canvas Photo’ at the POP-UP for shipping

① Scan the QR code at the POP-UP venue to access the purchase page

② Enter the verification code provided at the site and place your order.

* You can purchase up to 1 per person for each product. The products may sell out early.

Please Note

□ <BTS POP-UP : MONOCHROME> official merch for pick up are sold in limited daily quantities. Therefore, the products may go out of stock early.

□ Weverse Shop members will be able to purchase the official merch and album on Weverse Shop GLOBAL when they are within a 2.5-km radius of the <BTS POP-UP : MONOCHROME> venue and pick them up at the venue.

□ Please make your way to the pick up zone with enough time to spare as there may be a long line.

□ The products on Weverse Shop [On-Site Pick-up Only] and the products on the POP-UP store at the venue may be different. Only the customers who enter the venue can order ‘Canvas Photo’ products on Weverse Shop for shipping.

□ The order of ‘Canvas Photo’ products will incur an additional shipping fee based on the volume of the products you purchased.

□ The ‘Canvas Photo’ products are not eligible for the Visitor Card Event for customers who purchased over KRW 70,000.

□ The shipping for the 'Canvas Photo' product will begin on Fri. May 3, 2024 (global shipping available).

□ Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pick up zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.

□ Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pick up hours will be canceled and refunded within 3 business days.

□ The purchase limits differ per product. Please check each product page for more details.

□ An exchange/refund due to your change of mind will not be available. If a product is defective, you will be able to exchange it for a new product should there be available stock at the site on that day. Please check the product immediately when you pick up your purchases.

□ When you request an exchange for a defective product, your purchase history on Weverse Shop will be checked. You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.

□ The operation hours of the Weverse Shop PICK-UP ZONE and the purchase limit of the products may change depending on the circumstances at the site.

□ Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the Weverse Shop PICK-UP ZONE.

□ There is a purchase limit per person for each product to ensure the best customer experience. If you do not honor the purchase limit, the staff may intervene and ask for your cooperation.

□ Contact on-site customer support for questions about on-site pick up services that are not related to the on-site pick up process.

* Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat pay, Payco, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.

- If your default currency is set to USD, JPY, or CNY, you can pay with available payment methods for each currency.
