* Sun. March 31 is the “ARMY DAY,” on which only the raffle winners can enter the POP-UP.

- Pickup time: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (KST) on every opening day

How to Buy OFFICIAL ALBUM on Weverse Shop and Pick Up On-site

① Visit “HOPE ON THE STREET” POP-UP and scan the QR code at the venue to access the purchase page.

② Review the order details and check your QR code on [My - My Orders].

③ Present your QR code to the staff at “HOPE ON THE STREET” POP-UP and receive your purchases.

Purchase Limit

- For j-hope (BTS) [HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1], you can purchase up to 6 albums (6RANDOMs or 3 SETs).

- For j-hope (BTS) [HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1] (Weverse Albums ver.), you can purchase up to 20.

- For a set of j-hope (BTS) [HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1] SET + [HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1] (Weverse Albums ver.), you can purchase up to 3 sets.

- The purchase limit of the products may change depending on the circumstances at the site.

Special Gift Details

- Buy a set of j-hope (BTS) [HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1] SET + [HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1] (Weverse Albums ver.), or j-hope (BTS) [HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1] SET and get 1 photocard.

- The special gifts are given on a first-come, first-served basis. The event may end early once the special gifts run out.

Please Note

All products are available for purchase only by scanning the QR code at “HOPE ON THE STREET” POP-UP and picking them up on-site.

The products may sell out early.

Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.

Purchases that are not picked up on the day will be canceled and refunded after the POP-UP ends.

An exchange/refund due to your change of mind will not be available. Exchange for defective products will be available only at the venue. Please check the product immediately after picking it up and see if it is defective.

When you request an exchange for a defective product, your purchase history on Weverse Shop will be checked. You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.

The opening hours may change depending on the situation at the venue.

Please note that shopping bags will not be provided for free at the site. You can purchase the shopping bag with other products.

There is a purchase limit per person for each product to ensure the best customer experience. If you do not honor the purchase limit, the staff may intervene and ask for your cooperation.

Contact on-site customer support for questions about on-site pickup services that are not related to the on-site pickup process.

* Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Payco, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.

- If your default currency is set to USD or JPY, you can pay via PayPal or Eximbay using international credit cards or Alipay.
