- The product is available for purchase in South Korea only. 

- Gold 1 oz products will be shipped via Valex Expert Cargo (not CJ Logistics). The shipping will be carried out face-to-face. Please be ready to receive the delivery as you will be notified by phone call 3 times before the time of delivery.

- Refund/exchange are only available for products that are not opened. If the product is damaged, broken, discolored, or scratched, a refund or an exchange will not be available. (* The protective film must stay attached to the medal to be considered not opened.)
