We are very sorry to inform you that the shipping for some of the Merch Box #6 purchased during October - December 2021 are experiencing delays, due to the aftermath of the CJ Logistics strike.

The CJ Logistics strike began in December 2021, and some of the Merch Box #6 orders were not shipped before the strike started. The strike has now ended, and the shipping for the delayed Merch Box #6 can now begin. Please read on for the adjusted schedule and other details.

If you want to cancel your order due to the unexpected delay, you can cancel your order directly by following the steps below:

Weverse Shop app > My > My Orders > Order Detail.

(Please note that if your order status changes to "Shipping Soon" or "In Transit", you will not be able to cancel the order.)
