- You need to have an ID for Weverse to apply for the event.
- If there is no record of you purchasing an item from BTS Weverse Shop GLOBAL, you will not be eligible.

[Please Note (for event participants)]
1. The event is for customers who purchase 1 or more items from BTS Weverse Shop GLOBAL, and you only need to apply for the event just once during the event period.
2. If you purchase a product during the event period and enter the event, then cancel your order, you will no longer be eligible.
3. You cannot get an exchange due to a change of mind after you apply for the event.
4. Your information cannot be changed after you apply for the event. Please make sure your information is correct and free of error. We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by incorrect information submitted by you.
5. You reserve the right to refuse consent to "Personal Information Collection and Usage" and "Agreement to Provide Personal Information to a Third Party".
6. Winner announcement and concert ticket coupon pick-up will proceed using the information you entered for the event application. If the information is inaccurate or does not match your identity, your prize will be canceled.
7. If your nationality is not South Korean, you can only apply with your English name, and that English name must be the same as the English name on your valid ID. (You can only apply with an English name. Do not use your name in Korean or other languages when applying for the event.)
8. WEVERSE COMPANY will collect information of the event winners (nicknames, uploaded posts).
9. The event winners’ personal information (name, date of birth, email, contact information) will be collected for identity verification. Additional information of the winners may be collected and be provided to HYBE, Inc., and INTERPARK Corporation by WEVERSE COMPANY for the event. (Retention and usage period: 7 days after the end of the event)
10. Uploading content that is irrelevant to the artists or violating the Weverse Community Guideline will result in penalties.
11. Participating in the event by using fraudulent methods, such as spamming and other abusive actions, will result in omission from the event or cancellation of the prize.
12. Creating posts that are irrelevant to the event and that contain insults, profanity, and other inappropriate content will result in omission from the event or cancellation of the prize.
13. You may have to wait a long time for the ticket distribution, depending on the site's situation.
14. This event is subject to change and cancellation without prior notice.
[Please Note (for event winners)]
1. Date, place, winner identity verification process, and further detailed information on picking up your coupon will be announced at the time of the winner announcement.
2. Please bring a valid ID for identity verification when you pick up the concert ticket coupon.
※ What is a valid ID?
- South Korean nationality: South Korean Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, passport (issued before December 21, 2020), South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers). Those who bring passports issued after December 21, 2020 must bring passport information verification documents together with the passport to be verified.
- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, certification of alien registration
* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs) will not be accepted.
* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired to be considered valid.
* An ID of South Korean nationality must carry a photo, resident registration number (13 digits), and name, and it must be issued by the head of a government office.
* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.
* ID carrying unidentifiable information will not be accepted as a valid ID.
3. International participants can only be verified with the English name on their passports and certifications of alien registration.
4. When verifying your identity at the pick-up site, the name, photo, and date of birth on your valid ID will be checked. If the information does not match the information you submitted for the event, your entry to the site will be denied.
5. The ticket cannot be sold or transferred to another person. If you are found committing such actions, the ticket will be deemed illegal and you may be subject to legal actions. WEVERSE COMPANY will not be held responsible for any issues that may arise as a result of you not complying with the guidelines, and we will be unable to provide solutions. Please pay close attention to the above guidelines.
6. Your coupon will not be exchanged for a different product if you cannot come to pick up the concert ticket coupon yourself due to your circumstances.
7. The event is subject to change or cancellation due to the COVID-19 prevention measures issued by the South Korean government or circumstances at the event venue or location.
