However, you cannot get a refund if you have already used the membership-only benefits.; If you cancel your purchase or get a refund for your membership after the renewal, the remaining membership period that was valid before the renewal will not be recovered.; The online membership card image is renewed for new membership holders and renewed membership holders. If your current membership is still valid, the online membership card image will remain unchanged.; If you have more than one membership (GLOBAL/JAPAN/US) for an artist, their renewal periods vary depending on the respective purchase dates of each membership.; ENGENE MEMBERSHIP KIT (or "membership kit") can be separately purchased on 'ENGENE MEMBERSHIP KIT' product page on Weverse Shop.; The special gifts may vary per membership and concept.; The renewal special gift(s) will be provided after the customer's membership purchase has been confirmed and completed.
