1 random photocard will be gifted per each unit of Weverse Exclusive Versions (INCEPTIO, ARCANUM, CONCESSIO) purchased

What is the on-site pickup with Weverse Shop?

Provided by Weverse, on-site pickup service allows you to collect your items directly from designated locations, cutting out the wait time and ensuring you get your merch order faster. Please see below for more information.

How to receive your order via on-site pickup

① Weverse App - ENHYPEN (US) - Purchase the product eligible for on-site pickup in the KCON LA PICKUP category page

② Check the QR code on “MY - Order History”

③ During on-site pickup, present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pickup location, and pick up your order.

[Important Notice Regarding Purchase]

- THIS IS FINAL SALE. Order cancellation is NOT allowed after the purchase.

- Sales may end early when inventories for all items are exhausted.

- Refund is not available for orders that are not picked up within the pickup period.

- Shipping option is not available for all on-site pickup orders.

- This purchase does NOT include the ticket to enter the KCON event.

- For a smooth pickup process, please save your QR code and order history after making your purchase.

- Please do not disclose the QR code received upon making your purchase from Weverse Shop to others, as orders are picked up on-site without identity verification.

- Exchange due to product defects will only be provided on-site at the event during the pickup period, so please check your purchased item for defects immediately upon receiving it.

- Shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.

- We are not responsible for the restrictions set forth by the venue’s personal item policy.
