WEVERSE COMPANY Privacy Policy Updates (effective from November 16, 2023)

Hello from WEVERSE COMPANY.

We are making changes to the WEVERSE COMPANY Privacy Policy that take effect from November 16, 2023 (KST). The details of the changes are as below.

1. Changes to the Privacy Policy

 1) Article 6 (International Transfer of Personal Information) has been updated as below.

 - Added how to refuse consent to international transfer of personal information, the process of refusing consent, and the effects of refusal

 2) Article 7 (Retention of Personal Information) has been updated as below.

 - New criteria added to "Keeping Of Personal Information In Accordance With Relevant Laws" in accordance with the amended Japanese Consumption Tax Law

 . Weverse Shop (JAPAN): 7 years and 2 months from the end of the month based on transaction standards (Japanese Consumption Tax Law)

 3) The list of third parties provided with personal information has been updated as below.

 - Companies added for community service: 3Y Corporation Inc., PRISMFILTER MUSIC GROUP Co., Ltd., C JeS Studios Co., Ltd.

 - Companies added for membership service: Four Go Entertainment

2. Complaints and relevant inquiries

- The amended Privacy Policy will take effect on November 16, 2023 (KST).
