We are making changes to WEVERSE COMPANY Privacy Policy that take effect from July 20, 2023 (KST). The details of the changes are as below.

1. Changes to the Privacy Policy

1) Article 13 (Data Protection Officer) has been updated with additional categories in the complaint process section as below.

- Added new categories: Weverse Con Festival, V LIVE (refund), HYBE Labels Artist Portrait exhibition ticketing service

2) The list of third parties provided with personal information has been updated as below.

- Companies added for community service: Four Go Entertainment, iNKODE, ATRP

- Companies added for membership service: WM ENTERTAINMENT Co., Ltd.

- Companies added for membership kit service: CUBE ENTERTAINMENT Corp., WM ENTERTAINMENT Co., Ltd.

3) Matters related to “international transfer of personal information" have been updated as below.

- Third parties provided with personal information

. (Added) WEVERSE JAPAN, Inc.: The user's membership status for the official homepage of Japan fanclub will be transferred.

2. Complaints and relevant inquiries

- The amended Privacy Policy will take effect on July 20, 2023 (KST).
