- MOA MEMBERSHIP (or ""membership"") can be purchased year-round. (Membership validity: 365 days after the date of purchase)
- You can purchase every available membership of an artist on Weverse Shop (GLOBAL/JAPAN/USA) using a single Weverse Shop account.
- You need a billing address in the United States of America to purchase a USA membership.
- You need to use the same account for Weverse and Weverse Shop to fully enjoy the membership-only benefits.
- If you cancel your purchase or get a refund for your membership after renewal, the remaining membership period that was valid before the renewal will not be recovered.
- The digital membership card image is refreshed for new membership holders and renewed membership holders. If your current membership is still valid, the digital membership card image will remain unchanged.
- MOA MEMBERSHIP KIT (or ""membership kit"") can be separately purchased on MOA MEMBERSHIP KIT product page on Weverse Shop.
- Membership holders can purchase 1 membership kit from the same store (Weverse Shop GLOBAL / Weverse Shop USA / Weverse Shop JAPAN) they purchased the membership from.
- Membership kit is an option which you can purchase on a separate page when it becomes available for purchase. (available until sold out)
- The special gift(s) will be provided after the customer's membership purchase has been confirmed and completed. You can check the special gifts you received on the Weverse app → “More” menu (the person icon) → My Collection → respective community.
- The renewal special gift will be provided after 2:00 PM, Thursday, January 11, 2024 (KST). The MEMBERSHIP holders who renew their MEMBERSHIP after this date will automatically receive their renewal special gift immediately.

- Refunds can be issued within seven days of purchase on [My > My Orders]. However, refunds cannot be issued if any part of the Membership benefits have been claimed, such as:

- ※ Participating in ticket reservations or events reserved for members
