- How to Request: Go to SEVENTEEN Weverse Shop GLOBAL or JAPAN website → WEVERSE category → NANA TOUR with SEVENTEEN category → Request NANA TOUR with SEVENTEEN GIFT
- Eligibility: Customers who purchased the VOD during the above periods on the Weverse Shop GLOBAL or JAPAN website (https://weverseshop.io) and have paid for the shipping fee of the special gifts.
- Shipping Start Date: Begins on Wed. January 24, 2024 (global shipping available)

- You can make one request per account.
- You can request "NANA TOUR with SEVENTEEN" special gifts with a Weverse Shop account.
- You cannot cancel your order for "NANA TOUR with SEVENTEEN" VOD if you have applied for the special gifts.
- You cannot cancel the request for special gifts after Mon. January 5, 2024, 9:59:59 PM (KST). If you've canceled the request for special gifts, you can also cancel the purchase of "NANA TOUR with SEVENTEEN" VOD.
Please note that if you've watched the paid content, you cannot cancel the VOD purchase. If you haven't watched the content and would like to cancel the purchase, please contact Weverse Shop Customer Service.

- "NANA TOUR with SEVENTEEN" VOD special gifts are only available for customers who purchased the VOD on Weverse Shop GLOBAL/JAPAN (WEB) during the pre-order period and have paid for the shipping fee of the special gifts on Weverse Shop GLOBAL/JAPAN (WEB).
- Please note that you cannot cancel your order or the request for special gifts once the order status for special gifts has changed to "Shipping Soon".

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Payco, Toss, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.
- If you add Toss or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.
