We would like to give you an update regarding the process of entering a shipping address in South Korea. 

Please note that when you enter a shipping address in Korean, using a hyphen (-) or a comma (,) at the beginning of the address may cause errors in delivery. When you enter your detailed shipping information in Address cell, please make sure not to include a special character such as a comma or a hyphen at the beginning of the address. Otherwise, there may be errors in the shipping process. (For example, entering "-000동 000호" may cause disruption in the shipping process.)

You can check your address and edit it by following the steps below:

- App: My > Shipping Addresses > Edit your previous address in South Korea or add a new one. 

- Website: Select Order Shipping in the upper right corner > Manage Address > Edit your previous address in South Korea or add a new one. 

We'll do our best to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.
