[Shipping Details]

① Shipping will begin on Fri, December 12, 2025 (KST) (global shipping available)

② Shipping for special gifts applied from Weverse Japan will begin on Mon, January 19, 2026 (KST).

[Notes on Applying for Special Gifts]

① You can apply once per account.

② The special gift will be available only for customers who pre-ordered <SEVENTEEN TOUR ‘FOLLOW’ AGAIN or SEVENTEEN [RIGHT HERE] WORLD TOUR> VOD during the pre-order period on the Weverse Shop website, and paid the shipping fee for the special gift on the corresponding Weverse Shop website.

③ Special gift cancellation

- Please note that you cannot cancel your order or application for special gifts once the order status for special gifts has changed to Shipping Soon.

- You’ll be able to cancel your special gift application until Tue, November 25, 2025, 11:59:59 AM (KST) and you’ll be able to cancel your order for the VOD only when you cancel your application for the special gift.

- Your VOD order will not be available to cancel if you have already watched the SEVENTEEN [RIGHT HERE] WORLD TOUR or SEVENTEEN TOUR ‘FOLLOW’ AGAIN paid content.

- Please contact the platform you purchased the product if you’d like to cancel your special gift application.

- You cannot cancel your special gift application if you applied for it on Weverse Japan.
