- Please refer to the care label by the Quality Management Promotion Act when washing. 1. Hand-wash exclusively in cold water. 2. Wash dark colored products and light colored products separately. 3. Due to the nature of garment-washed products, color transfer may occur onto other items or skin due to friction or contact. Exercise caution when wearing or handling. 4. Due to the nature of the garment washing process, there may be discoloration on the brand and size labels. Please note that this is not a product defect. 5. Do not use bleach detergent, and do not soak it in water for more than 30 minutes. 6.Wash the product inside out. 7. Do not tumble dry (heat dry) as it may damage the product. 8. Do not squeeze or twist. 9. When ironing, make sure to cover the product with another cloth and use a low-temperature setting to prevent damage. 10. Please avoid ironing the printed area. 11. Do not dry-clean. 12. Wash immediately when the product gets dirty or comes into contact with perspiration. 13. Never bleach with chlorine-based bleach. 14. Please note that we are not responsible for products that have been damaged due to your mishandling, including but not limited to discoloration, contamination, deformation, and shrinkage of the product. 15. You cannot be compensated for the damaged product if you do not wash the product according to the care label. 16. The products made with cotton may grow lighter in color after washing. 17. Avoid excessive pulling on the neck area, as it may cause stretching. 18. Loose threads may occur on the product and this is not a defect. Although products are inspected and packaged during the manufacturing process, since they are mass-produced, the trimming of threads on all products may not be perfect. Before wearing the product, removing any loose threads with scissors is recommended.If you wear it after trimming the stitches, it is a genuine product with no issues in wearing, so we ask for your understanding. 19. In the case of creases, they may occur depending on the material of the product, or there may be simple creases caused during the packaging process. Please note that this is not a product defect. Ironing is recommended before wearing. (Avoid ironing the decorative or printed parts of the product.)
