How to Purchase Merch And Make a Reservation to Pop Up for Pick-Up
① Weverse → Shop (on the bottom left) → LE SSERAFIM→ Purchase products from [POP UP IN MEXICO CITY] under the PICK-UP category
② Weverse → More → My Orders → Check your order number
③ Select [Manage Pick-ups]
④ Find available timeslots on the reservation status page, and select one (date and time) to make a reservation.
Please Note for Reservation
* Customers who purchase the on-site pickup products can reserve a timeslot to visit.
* If you do not show up for your time slot, your reservation will be canceled.
* You can visit only once per person.
* You must pick up all your purchases at once. You cannot pick up a part of your purchases.
* You can find available timeslots on the reservation status page.
* You can cancel your reservation and make another one before your timeslot ends.
How to Pick Up Official Merch
① Make a reservation, and visit the pop up store at the reserved date and time.
② Weverse → More → My Orders → Check your QR code
③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pick up zone and receive your purchases.
Special Gifts for Pick-Up Customers
Receive a random photocard (1 out of 12) for every $1,300 MXN spent (all merchandise is included).
Please Note for Purchase
- No order cancellation is allowed after the pre-sale period.
- Refund is not available for orders that are not picked up within the pop up period.
- All products may go out of stock early as inventory is limited.
- Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.
- An exchange/refund due to your change of mind will not be available. Exchange for defective products will be available only at the pop up store venue. Please check the product immediately after picking it up and see if it is defective.
- Please note that shopping bags will not be provided.
- There is a purchase limit per person for each product to ensure the best customer experience. If you do not honor the purchase limit, the staff may intervene and ask for your cooperation.
- Contact on-site customer support for questions about on-site pickup orders.
- Please note that all details are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Information
- You can pay by debit and credit cards, OXXO Pay, PayPal, or Apple Pay.
- OXXO Pay payment method will be deactivated on September 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST.
- If you plan to use OXXO Pay to make a purchase, please make your purchase before this date.
- Other payment options will continue to be available until the pre-purchase period ends.
