- Pre-ticketing for the fan club: December 23 (Mon.), 2019 20:00 to 23:59

- General ticketing: Starts December 26 (Thu.), 2019 20:00 

- Price: Pre-ticketing for the fan club 55,000 won / General ticketing 66,000 won 

- Ticket place: Yes24

- The fan club pre-ticketing is single-admission only (one ticket, one entry).

[How to verify your identity as a member of the fan club]

- Fan club authentication period: December 18 (Wed.), 2019 14:00 to December 23 (Mon.), 2019 23:59

※ Pre-ticketing for fan club members is only available for the users who completed the purchase of BUDDY Membership by December 12 (Thu.), 2019, 1:59 p.m.

After that, you cannot verify yourself for pre-ticketing. Please make sure to check the schedule. 

- How to verify your fan club membership

1) Please log in with your Yes24 ID and press the button for ‘Verify yourself as a member of the fan club’ on the ticketing page. A window will pop up prompting you to verify your membership,

2) You can verify yourself with your name that you entered when joining BUDDY Membership and your fan club membership number.

-   Please enter the information that you used to register for your BUDDY Membership.

-   You can check your membership number of the fan club in Weverse. Please note that you must enter the alphabet letters first (ex. GB000000000).

-   Please make sure to log in with your Yes24 ID that has been created with the same real name as your BUDDY Membership (You cannot buy the ticket by using another person’s ID including your family and legal representative, and admission to the site will be restricted.)

- Precautions when verifying yourself as the member of the fan club

* For ID authentication for Yes24, you can verify yourself with a BUDDY Membership just once. Pre-ticketing of the fan club is only available for Yes24 IDs that has been authenticated.

* Please check your personal information registered in Yes24 before authentication.

* Once you completed the fan club authentication, you do not have to reauthenticate when you again log in.

* If another person uses your personal information for verification due to your failure to protect your personal information, the organizers of the performance will not be held responsible. Make sure you carefully protect your personal information.

* Pre-ticketing of the fan club is available only when you verify your identity during the period set aside for fan club authentication. Please make careful note of the dates and make sure you complete authentication during the period.

* If you verify yourself as a member of the fan club on the Korean page, pre-ticketing is only available on the Korean page. If you verify yourself as a member of the fan club on the English page, pre-ticketing is only available on the English page.

* If there are errors in the fan club authentication process, please contact the Yes24 customer center. They will attempt to check your identity and allow you to proceed.
