※ Admission waiting area for TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR <STEAL THE WIND> IN SEOUL’s SOUND CHECK will open at 3:30 PM (KST). If you are participating in the SOUND CHECK as well, please make sure to arrive at the time assigned to your winning number.

* Event admission standby time and location: Please verify your identity in front of GATE 2-3, then wait within your designated area from the end until 30 minutes after the concert.

* Winner verification numbers are for identity verification and are not given on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive within your assigned check-in time and prepare for identity verification.

* If you arrive later than your check-in time, check-in may not be possible depending on the on-site situation.

* Entries will not be in the order of your check-ins. Please refrain from forming random waiting lines.

[Weverse Album Customers Meet&Greet Event Admission]

* Viewing areas for the event winners will be designated separately from regular Meet&Greet ticket holders. During the identity verification process, an admission number and a wristband will both be distributed to you. Admission numbers will be assigned entirely at random. For everyone’s safety, moving to a different location outside of your designated area during the event is strictly prohibited.

* The wristband provided during identity verification must be worn at all times until the event concludes. Please note that lost or damaged wristbands and admission numbers cannot be reissued.

* This is an indoor event with standing room only based on your assigned admission number.

* Admission time is subject to change based on the circumstances at the venue.

※ Participants will enter the Meet&Greet event area according to the entrance number that was distributed at the venue. The event will begin once the concert concludes and the general audience has cleared the venue (approximately 30 minutes later). Please take this into account for your return travel.

※ This event may be changed or canceled without prior notice.

※ Any disadvantages resulting from failure to check the notice or guidelines will be the responsibility of the participant. Please double-check the provided guidelines before the event to avoid any inconvenience or disadvantage.

1. The Meet&Greet event is an opportunity for the artist to greet the audience after the main performance ends. The event schedule is subject to change based on the on-site circumstances. For safety reasons, attendees must remain within their assigned areas; unauthorized personal events are not permitted.

2. Depending on the local laws and Weverse Company’s Privacy Policy, individuals under the minimum required age (14 years old for South Korea, 13 years old for the United States, and 16 years old for all other countries/regions) as of the application date will be restricted from applying for the event, even if accompanied by a guardian.

3. We recommend that you travel with plenty of time to spare, as the wristband and admission number distribution process may take longer than expected.

4. The wristband and admission number for this event cannot be received by someone else, transferred to another person, or sold. If such activity is detected, you will be denied admission.

5. The admission number and wristband cannot be reissued regardless of them being lost, damaged, or stolen, and entry will be denied if you fail to present your admission number and wristband, regardless of the reason.

6. If you arrive after the entry time has already begun, your entry number will be invalidated. You will be required to enter at the very end of the line after all other attendees in line have been admitted. Please ensure you arrive before the entry start time.

7. Refunds will not be granted on the day of the event for reasons of delays in entry due to a crowded venue and booths. Please arrive at the venue and visit the booth with plenty of time to spare, and enter early to prevent any delays.

8. For this event, you must remain in your assigned area and watch or participate in the event from that assigned area.

9. Admission may be temporarily unavailable after the event starts. Please follow the guidelines of the staff for admission.

10. Bringing food, beverages, hazardous materials (such as glass bottles, fireworks, or laser pointers), companion animals, flowers, balloons, suitcases, ladders, and tripods into the venue is prohibited.

11. Please refrain from activities that may disrupt the viewing experience of other audience members. You will be asked to follow staff instructions if you are found engaging in such activities.

12. Prohibited activities that violate event rules or interfere with staff duties may be audio or video recorded to maintain order. Recorded files will be discarded 30 days after the concert ends.

13. Please take care of your valuables. The event organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items due to negligence.

14. Heavy traffic is expected around the venue on the day of the event. We strongly encourage you to use public transportation and arrive at the venue with plenty of time to spare. Please note that refunds will not be granted for delays in admission caused by traffic or parking issues. The organizers, hosts, ticketing agencies, and the venue bear no responsibility for such delays.

※ During the check-in process, your identity and the QR code will be verified. Your QR code can be found in Event Entries page in TOMORROW X TOGETHER Weverse. Admission is not permitted with a captured image. Please have your Weverse app ready on-site.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse account.

[What to Bring]

- A valid photo ID for identity verification

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g., student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app during the identity verification.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information submitted when applying for the event. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the application, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not expire to be considered valid.

* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It must also be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID, such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document that seems dubious or forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who applied for the event with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they applied with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* Further identity verification may be conducted using the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's mobile ID verification app if needed. During the verification process, no personal information will be stored within the app or on the device used by the host.

* Please note that the unauthorized use, lending, or falsification of identification is a legally punishable offense under applicable laws.
