The event gift will be sent to the address in your purchase information or to another address you wish to receive it. The shipping will start on Wed. September 21, 2022 (KST).

Please Note

- Autographed Polaroids may have minor smudges from the autographs.

- The autographed Polaroid will be shipped to the winning order number's address.

- Additional shipping of the autographed Polaroid will not be available if it does not reach you the first time due to your circumstances, such as incorrect or incomplete information submitted by you (last name / first name / address / contact information), a recipient not being available to accept the delivery or refusing to accept the delivery.

- Committing illegal transfer or sale of the autographed Polaroid to another person, or other fraudulent activities will result in restriction from participating in all TREASURE events in the future.

- 1 winner will receive 1 Polaroid, personally signed by all members.

- If you cancel or refund your order after the winner announcement, your win may be withdrawn.

- The event gift cannot be exchanged for a different product.

- The event gifts are produced based on the number of event winners, and therefore we are unable to exchange the gifts even if they have defects.

- If you are a winner and must exchange the product you purchased, you must send the product only. However, you must send both the product and the gift if you are requesting a refund; if the gift is not sent, your refund will not be granted.

- The special gift will be delivered via Pantos (entrusted by Weverse).
