[How to Participate]

1. The store will be located at the OPEN STUDIO on the 7th floor of CGV Yongsan I'Park Mall.

2. For your safety, there will be a limit on the number of people allowed to enter at the same time. Please follow the instructions given by the store staff.

3. After you make a reservation using the QR code on site, visit at your reserved time to be admitted by the staff.

4. You may enter the store only once per day.

5. The reservations may close early depending on the circumstances on-site.

1. Purchase limits may vary by product. Your payment may be rejected or canceled if you exceed the limits.

2. Please note that the products may sell out early.

3. The special gift will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. The event will be closed once the special gifts run out of stock.

Product exchange and refund details

1) Exchanges

* Exchanges are only available within 14 days of purchase.

* Please visit the store with the product and receipt.

* Random photocards can only be exchanged for photocards of the same version.

* If the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, an exchange will be unavailable and a refund will be offered instead.


2) Refunds

* Refunds are only available within 14 days of purchase.

* Please visit the store with the product, receipt, and payment method.

* Refunds will be processed using the same payment method, and any event gifts received must be returned upon refund.


[Please Note]

* Exchanges and refunds will not be available in the following cases:

- Damage to the product (loss or damage to product tag, damage to packaging or label, etc.) due to customer negligence

- If there are signs of contamination, odor, wear, perfume, washing, or use of the product

- If the value of the product has been deemed unsellable upon inspection

- If the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, an exchange will be unavailable and refunded instead.

1. Admissions may be delayed or restricted depending on on-site circumstances and the number of visitors waiting.

2. To maintain a pleasant experience, bringing outside food or beverages into the store is strictly prohibited.

3. Promotional filming without prior approval is not allowed. (e.g., bloggers, influencers, streamers)

4. For safety purposes, CCTV will be recording inside the store.

5. Please be advised that promotional filming and photo shooting may take place both inside and outside the store, exposing visitors in the footage. This content may be published on the labels’ official channels, social media platforms, and media outlets.

6. For safety reasons, overnight queuing is strictly prohibited. Your safety will not be guaranteed, and the staff may disperse the lines.
