How to Buy THE EYEKONS WILD EXPERIENCE & THE EYEKONS EXPERIENCE on Weverse and Pick Up On-site

① Weverse → Shop on the bottom → KATSEYE → VIP → Purchase merch with the PICKUP tag.

※ Please make sure to check the city name in the product name or in the VIP category before purchasing.

② Weverse → More → Order History → Check your QR code

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the venue on the day of the concert and receive your VIP EXPERIENCE ticket and items.

※ To participate in the VIP program, you must purchase both a concert ticket and a VIP product.

※ Regardless of country/region, customers aged 16 and older may attend on their own, while customers under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian.

Please note that the accompanying guardian must also purchase both a concert ticket and a VIP product to participate in the VIP program.

※ Orders can be canceled and refunded up to 7 days before each concert date. Cancellations and refunds are not available after that.

※ This product is a package that includes a VIP EXPERIENCE ticket. No refunds will be issued if you are unable to participate in the VIP EXPERIENCE after purchase.

※ This product is made in limited quantities, and sales may end early once it sells out.

QR codes issued for Weverse Shop orders are non-transferable. To prevent transfers, printouts and screenshots will not be accepted.

Do not share your QR code. Since there is no additional identity verification at the pickup booth, anyone with access to your QR code will be able to collect your purchases.

Please note that this product is available in limited quantities and may sell out early.

Defective items included with the VIP EXPERIENCE ticket can only be exchanged on-site. Please check your items immediately upon pickup.
