Pickup purchases and timeslot reservations are available exclusively via Weverse.

On-site merchandise sales will also be available and details will be announced in the near future. The same products will be available through both on-site merchandise sales and Weverse Shop Pickup. Please see the image at the bottom of this notice for more details on product availability.

Weverse Shop Pre-order for On-site Pickup

You can pre-order the merch on Weverse Shop for ARLINGTON and pick up your order at the Pickup location. Please see the Pickup details below.

Please Note for Pickup

- Please collect your order at your reserved time. Pickup may be restricted outside the reserved time slot.

- If you have multiple orders, you may merge them under one time slot and collect them together.

- During the pre-order period, you may change your pickup date & time to other available time slots. Once the pre-order has ended, you cannot change your pickup date & time.

- Make sure to save your QR code upon purchase by tapping the 'Save QR for Offline Use' button. This allows you to view your QR code offline (Weverse app > More > [Saved QR Codes]) in case of unstable on-site network conditions.

- You can save the QR code by going to Order History > Your Pickup Order > Save QR for Offline Use.

- Do not share the QR code for your purchases. QR codes are non-transferable. Printed copies or screenshots of QR code will not be accepted.

- Please note that all details are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

- Prior to the pickup dates, a separate notice will be sent via Weverse Shop and email with detailed pickup information.

Please Note for Purchase

- Order cancellation is only allowed during the pre-order period. No order cancellation is allowed for any reason after the pre-order period.

- You can buy up to 2 per account for Official Light Stick, Cradle, and Parts (BTS ver. and ARMY ver.).

- You can buy up to 1 per account for Official Light Stick Keyring.

- You can buy up to 1 Member Jersey per account.

- You can buy up to 3 per city Tour Stamp per account.

- For the rest of the products, you can buy 1 per product per account.

- Refund is not available for orders that are not picked up.

- Exchanges and refunds for change of mind are not allowed.

- All products may go out of stock early as inventory is limited.

- After receiving your item, please check for defects immediately before leaving the pickup gate. Defective products can only be exchanged at the time & location of pickup.

- Please note that shopping bags will not be provided.
