Updates on 2024 FESTA In-person Event with Jin Raffle Eligibility

We would like to inform you that the list of eligible products for 2024 FESTA In-person Event with Jin raffle has been updated. Please find more details below.

- Customers who are ARMY membership holders AND have purchased one or more official albums of BTS (including solo albums) released after [Proof] on weverse shop GLOBAL can enter the raffle.

- Eligible albums: [Proof], [The Astronaut], [Indigo], [FACE], [D-DAY], [Jack In The Box], [Layover], [GOLDEN], [HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1], and [Right Place, Wrong Person]

※ Vinyl (LP versions) of the albums above are NOT eligible for this event raffle.

※ [Proof] (Collector’s Edition) is NOT eligible for this event raffle.

※ (Weverse Albums ver.) of the albums above are NOT eligible for this event raffle.

- Customers who satisfy at least one of the two conditions below.

[New] 1) Customers who are ARMY membership holders, have purchased one or more copies of [Proof] or [The Astronaut] on weverse shop GLOBAL before Sun. June 2, 2024, 11:00 AM (KST), and entered the raffle. (※ This includes customers who purchased [Proof] (Collector’s Edition).)

2) Customers who are ARMY membership holders, have purchased one or more official albums of BTS (including solo albums) released after [Proof] on weverse shop GLOBAL during the raffle period (Sun. June 2, 2024, 11:00 AM - Thu. June 6, 2024, 11:59 PM (KST)), and entered the raffle.

[Please Note (When entering the raffle)]

Customers who purchased one or more eligible album(s) on weverse shop GLOBAL can enter the raffle through the raffle page (check out the link on the notice), even if the order was placed more than one year ago and is no longer displayed under weverse → More → My Orders. The total number of albums you purchased will be counted toward the raffle entries.

Examples:

- Customers who purchased one or more copies of [Proof] on weverse shop GLOBAL from Thu. May 5, 2022, 11:00 AM (KST) to Sun. June 2, 2024, 11:00 AM (KST) can enter the event raffle.

- Customers who purchased one or more copies of [The Astronaut] on weverse shop GLOBAL from Wed. October 19, 2022, 11:00 AM (KST) to Sun. June 2, 2024, 11:00 AM (KST) can enter the event raffle.

- Customers who purchase one or more copies of [Proof], [The Astronaut], [Indigo], [FACE], [D-DAY], [Jack In The Box], [Layover], [GOLDEN], [HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1], or [Right Place, Wrong Person] on weverse shop GLOBAL after Sun. June 2, 2024, 11:00 AM (KST) can enter the event raffle.

※ Customers who meet condition 1) can enter the raffle beginning from Mon. June 3, 2024, 5:00 PM (KST). Please note that the number of albums you ordered on weverse shop GLOBAL (not the number of orders you placed) will be counted automatically to let you enter the raffle the same number of times. For album sets, the total number of albums included in the sets will be counted toward the raffle entries.

※ For customers who meet one or more conditions 1) and 2), the total number of purchased albums will be automatically combined for raffle entry. Winners will be selected based on the total number of albums entered into the raffle.

※ If you entered the raffle after Sun. June 2, 2024, 11:00 AM (KST), your entry status will remain unchanged. Even if you entered the raffle, you can cancel your order until the winner announcement (Sat. June 8, 2024, 10:00 AM (KST)). Cancelling your entire order(s) used for raffle entry will automatically cancel your raffle entry.

[Raffle Period]

- Sun. June 2, 2024, 11:00 AM - Thu. June 6, 2024, 11:59 PM (KST)

[Winner Announcement]

- The winners will be announced in a notice after Sat. June 8, 2024, 10:00 AM (KST). Customers can also check My Events page to check the result.

[Number of Raffle Winners]

- First Session: Total 1000 winners

- Second Session: Total 3000 winners

※ You can check My Events page to see if you've won the first or the second session.

※ The raffle winners of the first session can attend the second session. Thus, a total of 4000 winners will participate in the second session.

※ Between the first and the second sessions, the stage needs to be reorganized. Participants of the first session shall exit the venue after the first session ends and enter again at the beginning of the second session.

※ Please do not visit the event venue if you are not one of the raffle winners for public safety.
