DARK MOON POP-UP IN GOYANG Official Merch Pick-Up Guide

Official Merch will be available for purchase and pickup at the venue of DARK MOON POP-UP IN GOYANG, at Goyang Stadium, on Sat, October 5, 2024, and Sun, October 6, 2024. You can pre-purchase the products on Weverse to pick up at the site or purchase them on-site. Please check below for details.

Weverse On-Site Purchase and Pick Up

Weverse members will be able to purchase the official merch on DARK MOON Weverse GLOBAL and pick them up at the venue of DARK MOON POP-UP IN GOYANG.

[Please Note]

- Weverse members will be able to purchase the official merch on DARK MOON Weverse GLOBAL when they are within a 2.5-km radius of the DARK MOON POP-UP IN GOYANG venue and pick them up at the venue.

* How to Buy DARK MOON OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE on Weverse and Pick Up On-site

① Click the [Shop] icon at the bottom left of the Weverse home screen. - Go to DARK MOON (GLOBAL) → Purchase products from [On-Site Pick Up Only] under the PICK-UP category

② Weverse → More → My Orders → Check your QR code

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pick up zone and receive your purchases.

* The products may sell out early and the purchase may end accordingly.

* Purchase Limit

- For CABINET SET, you can purchase up to 4 per account only on the day of the concert. You may not be allowed to enter the venue if you purchase more. Please purchase only up to a limited quantity if you are going to enter the venue.

- For RIVERFIELD ID CARD (SET), you can purchase up to 1 per person for each product.

- For PANORAMA PHOTOCARD, you can purchase up to 3 per person.

- For products other than CABINET SET, RIVERFIELD ID CARD (SET), and PANORAMA PHOTOCARD, you can purchase up to 10 per person for each product.

- The purchase limit of the products may change depending on the circumstances at the site.

* Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pickup hours will be canceled and refunded within three business days.

* The special gifts for DARK MOON merch are only available through the exchange ticket provided based on the amount purchased.

* EN- WORLD TOUR WALK THE LINE Shopper Bag is not eligible for any special gift events.

* EN- WORLD TOUR WALK THE LINE Shopper Bag is the identical product available at the EN- WALK THE LINE Booth. Please note that the Shopper Bag you purchased on DARK MOON (GLOBAL) will be available to pick up ONLY at the DARK MOON Pick-Up Booth.

* Refunds are available only at the on-site booth during the operation period. Exchange for defective products will be available within 14 days of purchase, after confirming the order details. (You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.)

* The opening hours may change depending on the situation at the venue.

* Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.

* Please do not spend the night outside the venue on the previous day. Your safety will not be guaranteed, and the staff may disperse the lines.

- DARK MOON POP-UP IN GOYANG official merch are available for purchase only at the official booth at the venue and Weverse. Please be careful not to purchase illegal, unauthorized products.

* Please note that shopping bags will not be provided or sold at the booth.

* Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards issued in South Korea, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat Pay, PAYCO, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.
