[What to Bring]

A valid photo ID for identity verification

- The name, the date of birth, and the photo on your ID will be checked. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

- Make sure to bring an ID for verification. Otherwise, your admission to the event will be denied.

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g., student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app during the identity verification.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information submitted when applying for the event. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the application, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not expire to be considered valid.

* If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted.

* If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It must also be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID, such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document that seems dubious or forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the event with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the event with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* When verifying your ID, the staff may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc., to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your Weverse account.

※ This event is subject to change and cancellation without prior notice depending on the on-site circumstances on the event day.

[Winner Guidelines]

1. This event will proceed in the order announced on the Event Entries page. (e.g., Winner No. 00)

2. All participating event winners must have their wristbands, which show their winner numbers, on them at all times. (You will not be able to participate if you lose your wristband.)

3. Only the winners can participate in the event (1 admission for 1 participant), and the event win cannot be transferred to another person. If you are found selling or transferring the event win or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events with the artist in the future.

4. You may be denied admission if you arrive after the event starts. Please arrive on time for the event. Please follow the guidelines of the staff for admission.

5. Changing seats in any way, or setting up cameras or tripods somewhere that's not your seat, is strictly prohibited. Please follow the instructions given by the staff.

6. To ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone, please refrain from bringing large luggage. As the venue space is limited and storage is not available, we recommend you travel light for your convenience.

7. Participants will enter and exit the photo booth individually to participate in the event.

8. Instant photos will be taken exclusively by event staff using cameras provided by the organizers. Participants are not permitted to use their own equipment or take their own photos and videos.

9. To ensure a smooth event process, the designated positions and compositions for the artist and event winner are fixed and cannot be changed.

10. This is an event where a member and a participant will take a photo together. Please note that participants cannot request a photo of the member alone.

11. Photos will be limited to the single designated pose specified below. No changes or additional requests to the designated pose will be permitted on-site.

12. Each participant is limited to one photo only. The instant photo will be inspected for quality, autographed by the member, and then handed over to the winner. You cannot get the autograph on items other than the instant photo.

(Please note that the artist will provide an autograph only, without a personalized name (To.).)

13. A single retake will be permitted only if the on-site staff determines there is a technical issue with the photo. In this case, the previously taken photo will be discarded on site.

* Please note that variations in lighting, angle, or the unique printing characteristics of instant photos do not qualify as grounds for a retake.

* Due to the nature of handwriting, the autograph may be slightly smudged.

14. For the safety of both artists and fans, please refrain from physical contact, yelling, or loud interruptions. Any participant displaying disrespectful behavior toward the artist or event staff will be escorted out and may be restricted from attending future activities.

15. Drinks and food are prohibited inside the venue, and hazardous items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, companion animals, flower bouquets, balloons, etc. are also restricted.

16. You’re not allowed to handover or use props for photography and videography for this event.

17. You can take photos and videos from your seat when the artist is on the stage. However, photography and recording are strictly prohibited while waiting to enter the photo booth or inside the photo booth. In such instances, any memory cards or recording files will be seized or deleted, and you will be immediately asked to leave. We are not responsible for any damage to the filming equipment, so we ask for your cooperation.

18. Live broadcasting is strictly prohibited at the event. If you're caught, all related materials will be confiscated or deleted, and you'll be asked to leave the venue immediately, regardless of whether you've had your turn in the event.

19. You can only give hand-written letters as your gift to the artist. Please note that the letters will be collected in a box or by a staff member before entering the venue, and cannot be directly handed to the artists. Any other gifts will not be accepted, including food.

20. Please be careful to keep your valuables safe during the event. The organizer/host is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of personal belongings due to your negligence.
