OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE & ALBUM will be available for purchase and pickup at the venue of SEVENTEEN TOUR 'FOLLOW' AGAIN TO INCHEON, at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium, Incheon, South Korea, on Sat. March 30, 2024, and Sun. March 31, 2024. You can pre-purchase the products on Weverse Shop to pick up at the site or purchase them on-site. Please check below for details.

Weverse Shop members will be able to purchase the OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE on SEVENTEEN Weverse Shop GLOBAL and pick them up at the venue of SEVENTEEN TOUR 'FOLLOW' AGAIN TO INCHEON.

1) OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE PICK UP BOOTH

- Purchase Period (KST):

Sat. March 30, 2024, 10:00 AM - 30 minutes before the concert begins.

Sun. March 31, 2024, 9:00 AM - 30 minutes before the concert begins.

How to Buy OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE on Weverse Shop and Pick Up On-site

① Weverse Shop - SEVENTEEN (GLOBAL) - Purchase products from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the PICK-UP category

② Review the order details and check your QR code on [My - My Orders].

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pickup zone and receive your purchases.

Purchase Limit (MERCHANDISE):

- For Official Light Stick Ver.3, you can purchase up to 2 per person.

- For Trading Card Set and Lucky Draw, you can purchase up to 10 per person.

- Except for Official Light Stick Ver.3, Trading Card Set, and Lucky Draw, you can purchase up to 3 of each item. For products with options, you can purchase up to 3 for each option. (For example, you can purchase 3 of each option of Denim Shirt, which sums up to 6 total.)

- The purchase limit of the products may change depending on the circumstances at the site.

2) OFFICIAL ALBUM PICK UP BOOTH

How to Buy OFFICIAL ALBUM on Weverse Shop and Pick Up On-site

① Weverse Shop - SEVENTEEN (GLOBAL) - Purchase albums from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the PICK-UP category

② Review the order details and check your QR code on [My - My Orders].

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pickup zone and receive your purchases.

Purchase Limit (ALBUM):

- For each album title, you can purchase up to 7 albums per person. For SET, you can purchase up to 7 sets per person.

- The purchase limit of the products may change depending on the circumstances at the site.

SPECIAL GIFT for Pick Up Customers:

- Customers who purchase OFFICIAL ALBUM on-site can get SPECIAL GIFT as follows:

- Buy 10th Mini Album [FML] and get 1 unreleased selfie photocard (Random 1 out of 13 versions of 1TYPE) per album you purchase

- Buy 11th Mini Album [SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN] and get 1 unreleased selfie photocard (Random 1 out of 13 versions of 2TYPE) per album you purchase

- The selfie photocards for each album title feature different images.

- You can get 1 selfie photocard per album you purchase. The photocard you receive will be randomly selected.

Please Note

- Weverse Shop members will be able to purchase the official merch on SEVENTEEN Weverse Shop GLOBAL when they are within a 2.5-km radius of the SEVENTEEN TOUR 'FOLLOW' AGAIN TO INCHEON venue and pick them up at the venue.

- The products may sell out early.

- Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pickup hours will be canceled and refunded within three business days.

- An exchange/refund due to your change of mind will not be available. If a product is defective, you will be able to exchange it for a new product should there be available stock at the site on that day. Please check the product immediately when you pick up your purchases.

- When you request an exchange for a defective product, your purchase history on Weverse Shop will be checked. You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.

- The booth operation hours may change depending on the situation at the venue.

- Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.

- Please do not spend the night outside the venue on the previous day. Your safety will not be guaranteed, and the staff may disperse the lines.

- SEVENTEEN TOUR 'FOLLOW' AGAIN TO INCHEON official merch is available for purchase only at the official booth at the venue and Weverse Shop. Please be careful not to purchase illegal, unauthorized products.

- Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.

- There is a purchase limit per person for each product to ensure the best customer experience. If you do not honor the purchase limit, the staff may intervene and ask for your cooperation.

- Contact on-site customer support for questions about on-site pickup services that are not related to the on-site pickup process.

* Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Payco, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.

- If your default currency is set to USD or JPY, you can pay via PayPal or Eximbay using international credit cards or Alipay.
