- All customers who purchased LE SSERAFIM 2025 SEASON'S GREETINGS on Weverse Shop Global will automatically enter the raffle.

※ The event prize will be shipped to the delivery address you used when you purchased the product. But if the raffle winner provides incorrect or incomplete information (last name, first name, address, and contact information), or if the recipient is not being available to accept the delivery or refuse to accept the delivery, the event prize will not be delivered again.

- The winners will be announced on LE SSERAFIM Weverse Shop Global via a separate notice. The winners will be notified by email (Weverse Shop account ID) as well.

※ Please note that the number of merch you ordered on Weverse Shop Global (not the number of orders you placed) during the event period will be counted automatically to let you enter the raffle the same number of times.

※ You must complete your payment during the event period in order to participate in the raffle.
