- Eligibility: All customers who purchase the eligible Weverse Day, WeBirthday! products (Please note that SEVENTEEN｜isaac toast products are NOT eligible for this event.)

- How to apply: Customers will automatically apply for the event when payment is completed

- By participating in this event, you consent to the collection and use of your Weverse nickname and email address for winner selection and prize distribution. If you do not agree to the collection of your basic information, please submit your refusal to Weverse Help before the event ends.

- You must complete your payment during the event period in order to apply for the event.

- You will automatically apply for the event once per order when you buy eligible products.

- If you cancel your order made during the event period, you will be excluded from the event. Furthermore, if you cancel or return the product after being selected as a winner, your win will be invalidated.

- Details on how to use the provided ticket and specific viewing guidelines will be sent to each winner individually by email.

- The event prize will be sent to the Weverse account email. Please verify that your inbox is active and able to receive messages. We are not liable for any issues or missed prizes resulting from a failure to check your email.

- Tickets are valid only for the designated date (DAY 1 or DAY 2). No compensation will be provided for failure to use the ticket due to personal negligence.

- The personal information collected will be safely deleted within 30 days from the end date of the 2026 Weverse Con Festival.

- The event prize (online ticket) will not be provided if you have already purchased the 1 DAY ONLINE TICKET for the date you won the event or the CON ONLINE TICKET when the prize is distributed. Please remember that you cannot cancel your purchase once payment is completed for the Japan Exclusive product.

- Your event participation result may be invalidated, and the prize forfeited, if we are unable to provide the prize due to circumstances such as Weverse account deletion or the inability to verify your winner information.

- Participating in the event using fraudulent methods, such as identity theft or spamming, may result in cancellation of the prize.

- Transferring your event prize to another person, refunds in cash, schedule changes, exchanges, and/or reissuances are not available.

- We are not responsible for any disadvantages that may arise from failure to read the precautions.

- This event is subject to change and cancellation without prior notice depending on the circumstances.
