You can purchase an access ticket and reserve a timeslot (date and time) to visit.

Available Reservation (CST):

- Friday, March 14, 2025 - Sunday, March 16, 2025, 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM

- Tuesday, March 18, 2025 ~ Sunday, March 23, 2025, 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM

How to Purchase Access Tickets And Make a Reservation

① Click the [Shop] icon at the bottom left of the Weverse Home screen. → Go to BTS → Purchase j-hope ‘Hope on the Stage’ POP-UP in Mexico City Access Ticket under the PICK-UP category

② Weverse → More → My Orders → Check your order number

③ Select [Manage Pick-up] on Order Details

④ Find available timeslots on the reservation status page, and select one (date and time) to make a reservation.

Please Note

* Customers who purchase the On-Site Pick-up products must reserve a timeslot to visit through the order details page, without purchasing this ticket separately.

* You can purchase this product only once per account; once entered, you cannot use the ticket again.

* Customers who purchased the On-Site Pick-up products and made a reservation do not have to make an addditional reservation.

* Visitors who do not purchase On-Site Pick-Up products or Access Ticket and make no reservation cannot enter the venue of the j-hope ‘Hope on the Stage’ POP-UP in Mexico City.

* If you do not show up for your time slot, your reservation will be canceled.

* You can make a reservation to visit only once per person.

* You can find available timeslots on the reservation status page.

* You can cancel your reservation and make another one before your timeslot ends.
