[How to Enter the Raffle]

※ Your information for the raffle cannot be changed after your submission. Please make sure your information (name, email, contact information, etc.) is correct and free of error. We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect information submitted by you.

You can enter the raffle on Weverse.

Buy the product on Weverse Shop and enter the raffle event on Weverse with the same ID you used to purchase the product. You need to provide the following personal information in order to enter the raffle.

- Name (The person who is entering the raffle)

- Valid mobile phone number

※ You must manually enter the raffle on Weverse in order to participate in the raffle event.

※ You must complete your payment during the event period in order to participate in the raffle.

※ The number of albums you ordered on Weverse Global (not the number of orders you placed) during the event period will be counted automatically to let you enter the raffle the same number of times. For album sets, the total number of albums included in the sets will be counted toward the raffle entries.

※ If you cancel all of your order(s) after entering the raffle, your raffle participation will be automatically canceled. Please purchase the eligible product(s) and enter the raffle if you want to participate.

(For example, if you placed two orders including the eligible products and cancel one of them, you will stay in the raffle. If you cancel both orders, your participation will be canceled.)

※ All album sales on Weverse Global will count for Korean music charts (Hanteo Chart and Circle Chart).

※ This event is subject to change and cancellation without prior notice.

※ Products exclusive to this event raffle cannot be canceled or refunded after the winner announcement.

※ You can cancel and request a refund for products purchased to enter the event raffle until the winners are announced, even if the raffle period has ended. In such cases, your raffle entries will be canceled even if you have won.

※ Event winners are randomly selected by a draw among the raffle participants.

※ For raffle winners, the event prize will be shipped to the address provided when placing the winning order. But if additional shipping costs arise due to the customer’s circumstances, such as 1) incorrect or incomplete information provided by the raffle winner (last name, first name, address, and contact information), 2) refusal to pay appropriate customs duties, or 3) the recipient not being available to accept the delivery or refusal to accept the delivery, the additional shipping costs must be borne by the customer. Weverse Company reserves the right to cancel the shipping of the event prize if the delivery cannot be completed due to the customer’s circumstances.

※ Your purchases and the event prize will be shipped separately. Your purchases will be shipped after the release date, and the event prize will be sent out to the event winners after the winner announcement.

※ The raffle winner will get 1 poster autographed by the artist as an event prize.

※ The event prizes cannot be exchanged for other products.

※ The event prizes are produced based on the number of event winners. Therefore they cannot be exchanged even when they have defects.

※ If you are a winner and must exchange the product you purchased, you must send the product only (excluding the event prize). However, if you want to refund your product, you must return both the product and the gift. If the gift is not returned, your refund cannot be granted.
