[What to Bring]
A valid photo ID for identity verification
※ What is a valid photo ID?
- South Korean nationality: passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean youth card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)
- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Resident Card (certification of alien registration)
* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.
* A screenshot of your mobile ID (driver's license) will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile driver's license app at the site.
* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on the ID does not match the information entered for the raffle, you will be denied admission.
* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.
* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.
* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.
* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in languages other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with their English names on their passports, they may be asked at the venue to present an additional ID that has a photo and their name in the language they used for the raffle. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.
* When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc. to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.
[Fansign Autographed Album]
One (random) of the albums you purchased will be signed by the artist and handed to you directly after the event ends.
※ If the raffle winner cannot attend the fansign event, the signed album will be delivered after the end of the fansign event to the address submitted at the time of purchase. But if additional shipping costs arise due to the customer’s circumstances, such as 1) incorrect or incomplete information provided by the raffle winner (last name, first name, address, and contact information), 2) refusal to pay appropriate customs duties, or 3) the recipient not being available to accept the delivery or refusal to accept the delivery, the additional shipping costs must be borne by the customer. WEVERSE COMPANY reserves the right to issue a refund for the product if the delivery cannot be completed due to the customer’s circumstances.

※ It is up to the winners to check the notices and guidelines. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.
1. The seats will be randomly drawn by you after you have completed the ID verification. Admission will be unavailable after the event starts so please arrive at the venue on time.
2. Please bring your wristband with the winning order number to participate in the fansign. You will be denied entry if you lose your wristband.
3. If you are found exchanging your winning numbers or wristbands, or changing your seats while the fansign event is underway, you may be escorted off the premises.
4. The album on which you will receive the autographs will be prepared for you at the fansign venue. The autographed album will be given to you after you have received all the autographs. (* Only the albums that were prepared for you at the venue will be autographed. No other albums are allowed.)
5. You can receive the autograph only on the album. Asking for autographs on photocards, your personal belongings, and other components of the albums, etc. is not allowed. If you are found asking the artist for autographs on objects other than the album, the staff may ask you to hand over the objects.
6. Recording video and audio while waiting and getting your album autographed by the artist is strictly prohibited. Please leave your electronic devices including cameras, voice recorders, cellphones, smartwatches, and Bluetooth earphones at your seat when you approach the artist for the autograph. Streaming the event on social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Live, Afreeca TV, etc.) is strictly prohibited. If you are found committing the violations above, the organizers will proceed to destroy your data and you will be escorted off the premises.
7. Please do not make inappropriate requests to the artists or demand excessive physical contact with the artists. You may be escorted off the premises for inappropriate behaviors toward the artists and staff that disrupt or delay the event. Also, you may be restricted from participating in all events in the future.
8. If you cause excessive disturbance to get the artist's attention and interfere with the proceedings, the staff may ask for your cooperation and silence. If this behavior continues, you may be escorted off the premises.
9. Changing your seat in any way, or setting up cameras or tripods away from your seat are strictly prohibited. If you fail to observe these guidelines, the staff may ask for your cooperation and you may be escorted off the premises.
If your camera or tripod is set up unreasonably high and causes disturbance, the staff may ask you to stop using your cameras and tripods.
10. Flash, AF assist lights, and strobe lights are prohibited.
11. Please understand that the admission and mid-event exit may not be possible after the event starts, depending on the on-site situation. Re-entering the event venue without permission is not allowed.
12. The start time of the fansign event is subject to change depending on the on-site situation.
13. One sticky note per member is accepted. You can ask one short-answer question for each member. The staff will inspect the sticky notes and may ask you to modify your questions if your questions are deemed inappropriate. (You cannot ask for modifiers or personal comments.)
14. You can ask the members to sign specific pages within the album. However, please note that the signing page is limited to each member's personal page. (* On the day of the event, after receiving the album and index markers at the venue, please attach the index markers to the desired page for each member. You may also bring your own index markers.)
15. Letters can be delivered to the members through the staff during this event, but gifts, flowers, and food will not be accepted. You can also bring props to this event, and the staff will deliver them to the artists. Please remember to collect your props after the event ends. (Please note that the props that are not retrieved may be discarded on that day.)
