How to Purchase Albums and Participate in the Lucky Draw Event

① Purchase coins at the Lucky Draw Event Booth

② Receive your SMini components and special gifts

③ Insert the coin in the Lucky Draw machine to get a capsule ball (SMini + acrylic charm)

④ Receive the products and exit the zone

You can purchase up to 12.

* Please note that the purchase limit may change depending on the circumstances on site.

- Buy 1 copy and get 1 unreleased selfie photocard (random 1 out of 6 versions)

Please Note

※ For offline purchases, you will receive one random capsule (SMini + acrylic charm) and all other SMini components per album.

※ The package of the online product and the offline product is different from each other.

※ The photocards provided for online and offline Lucky Draw Events feature the same images.

Please Note

You’ll get 1 photocard (random 1 out of 6 versions) and 1 acrylic charm (random 1 out of 6 versions) for every copy you buy. You may get the same photocard multiple times if you buy more than 1 album.

Please note that the Lucky Draw Event Booth open hours may change depending on the circumstances on site. The booth may close early if the special gifts run out of stock.

Defective photocards provided as a special gift for album purchases at the offline event can only be exchanged on-site. Please check your items immediately upon pickup.

If exchanges are unavailable due to insufficient stock, refunds may be processed instead. For exchanges, the special gift will be the same member image as originally provided. (You cannot choose a version.)

To ensure the best customer experience, there will be a purchase limit per person. Failure to cooperate with purchase limits may result in staff intervention.

This event is subject to change and cancellation without prior notice.

Please refer to the following information regarding product exchanges and refunds.

1) Exchanges

* Exchanges for defective items are only available within 14 days of purchase.

* During the booth operation period, exchanges can only be made at the booth. Please bring the product and the receipt with you.

* For exchanges after the booth operation period, please contact Weverse Help.

* If an exchange is unavailable due to limited stock, a refund may be provided. For exchanges, the special gift will feature the same member image as originally received. (Selecting a different version will not be allowed.)

2) Refunds

* Refunds are available only at the on-site booth during the operation period. (Please note that refunds are not available after the on-site booth operation period ends.)

* Please bring the purchased product, receipt, and the used payment method for a refund.

3) Please Note

* Exchange and refund are not available in the following cases.

- If the product is lost, damaged, or destroyed due to customer negligence, including damaging or losing the product label (cutting or damaging tags, packaging, etc.)

- If there are signs of contamination, odor, wear, perfume, washing, or use of the product

- If the value of the product has decreased to the point where it cannot be resold

- If the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, an exchange will be unavailable and refunded instead.
