On-site pickup date & time:

Friday, May 3rd, 2024 10 AM ~ 8 PM (EDT)

On-site pickup location:

Weverse on-site pickup zone near Great Hall entrance @ UBS Arena (The Park at UBS Arena)

How to receive your order:

1. Check the QR code on “MY - Order History”
2. During on-site pickup, present your QR code to the staff at the on-site pickup location, and pick up your order.

• For a smooth pickup process, please save your order history page and QR code prior to arriving at the venue.

Please Note

• Refund is not available for orders that are not picked up within the pickup period.
• The status under MY>Order History>Product Type & Status will be changed to “Pickup Complete” for all products, including those not picked up during on-site pickup hours.
• Shipping option is not available for all on-site pickup orders.
• You can purchase the product regardless of whether you attend the concert or not.
• For a smooth pickup process, please save your QR code and order history after making your purchase.
• Please do not disclose the QR code received upon making your purchase from Weverse Shop to others, as orders are picked up on-site without identity verification.
• Exchange due to product defects will only be provided on-site at the venue during the pickup period, so please check your purchased item for defects immediately upon receiving it.
• Shopping bag will not be provided at the booth.
• We are not responsible for the restrictions set forth by the venue’s personal item policy.
• Items may be sold out quickly due to limited quantity.
