* Special Gift Request Period: Fri. October 21, 2022, 12:00 PM - Fri. November 18, 2022, 7:59:59 (KST)

* For special gifts, you can request them both on the Weverse Shop app and the Weverse Shop website.

※ Please note that for 1st round of pre-order customers, the request for early bird special gifts can only be made on the Weverse Shop app, NOT the Weverse Shop website, from Fri. October 21, 2022, 12:00 PM - Thu. October 27, 2022, 11:59 PM (KST). From Fri. October 28, 2022, 12:00 AM, you will be able to make the request on both the Wevers Shop app and the Weverse Shop website.

* Request eligibility: Customers who have purchased the VOD during Fri. November 4, 2022, 12:00 AM - Fri. November 18, 2022, 8:59:59 PM (KST)

* Special Gift Details: Photocards (13 photocards, 1 per member)

* How to Request:

1) Weverse Shop app: Go to Weverse Shop app → Weverse GIFT category → request Special Gift

2) Weverse Shop website: Go to Weverse Shop website → Weverse category → TOUR-ING category → request Special Gift

* Please Note for Special Gift Request

- You can make one request per account.

- You need a Weverse Shop account to receive the special gifts for TOUR-ING : SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR <BE THE SUN> VOD.

- If you have requested early bird special gifts, you cannot request special gifts (for 2nd round of pre-orders) again.

- If you requested special gifts, you cannot cancel the purchase of TOUR-ING : SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR <BE THE SUN> VOD.

- You cannot cancel the special gift request after Fri. November 18, 2022, 7:59:59 PM (KST). Once you've canceled the special gift request, you can also cancel the purchase of TOUR-ING : SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR <BE THE SUN>.

- TOUR-ING : SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR <BE THE SUN> VOD special gifts are only available for customers who purchased the VOD via Weverse Shop website during the pre-order period and paid for the shipping fee of the special gift via the Weverse Shop app or the Weverse Shop website.

- Please note that you cannot cancel your order or application for special gift once the order status has changed to "Shipping Soon".

- Shipping to some countries may be unavailable due to the COVID-19 outbreak. For more information regarding shipping delays and restrictions, please check the announcement on Weverse Shop.

Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Payco, Toss, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card.

- If you add Toss or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.

- If your default currency is set to USD or JPY, you can pay via PayPal or Eximbay using international credit cards or Alipay.

* Important for Customers in South Korea

- If you are ordering from South Korea, please enter the complete shipping address in Korean. Entering a South Korean address in English may lead to delayed or failed delivery as the couriers may not accept the address or have difficulty in processing the delivery.

※ Important for International Customers

- Please enter the complete shipping address and the recipient's name in English. In the case where the address and the name contain characters with accent symbols such as é, ç, œ, í, ø, ß, ü, and ñ, please eliminate the symbols.

- Please note that if you place multiple orders to a single address, your orders may be subject to the customs laws of the recipient country, such as the imposition of import tariffs or being held at customs. You are responsible for paying the import tariffs imposed on bulk purchases you make.

※ Please note that entering inaccurate addresses may cause delayed or failed deliveries. If products are lost in transit due to the incorrect address you entered, we will not ship additional products to compensate for the loss, especially for products manufactured in limited quantities.
