* Content Release Schedule (KST)

1) Behind-the-scenes videos: Mon. December 20, 2021 - Mon. February 14, 2022. Every other Monday at 9pm (2 episodes back-to-back, max 30 minutes) 5 episodes total


2) Behind-the-scenes photos: Tue. December 21, 2021 - Tue. February 15, 2022. Every Tuesday at 9pm (10 batches, around 20 photos in each batch)


* How To Purchase & Watch VOD content

- Purchase the VOD on Weverse Shop and watch it on Weverse, using the same account for both platforms.

- The purchased content can be watched on mobile, PC web (https://weverse.io), and smart TV app (those platforms which provide Weverse TV App).

- For behind-the-scenes video, 2 episodes will be combined into one video.

- For behind-the-scenes photos, episodes #1 and #2 will be released on Tue. December 21, 2021. Other weeks will only show 1 episode per week.


* Please Note

- You can cancel or refund within 7 days of purchasing the content, ONLY IF you did not watch the content.

- You cannot cancel or refund your purchase after you have watched the purchased content.

- For smooth playback on your device, please check the preview before purchasing the content.

- Additional data charges may apply if you are on the mobile data network.

- Unauthorized or illegal distribution of paid contents, which are available exclusively to those who paid for the subscription, is punishable by law.

- The purchase history will become unrecoverable if you delete your Weverse/ Weverse Shop account.

- Simultaneous content play of the paid content using smart TV is only allowed on 1 smart TV device, regardless of the manufacturer. When you simultaneously play on PC and mobile, only 1 of your devices (PC or mobile) can play the content. But you can play simultaneouly on 1 Smart TV & PC, or 1 Smart TV & mobile device.

-The playback time per episode and the number of official photos (paid image) may vary.

- The VOD content can be only played on the purchaser’s device.

-If the playback is unsmooth, please close the app and run it again.


* Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or by using PayPal, Eximbay, Payco, Toss, Kakao Pay or Weverse Card.

- When using Toss or Kakao Pay, you can charge them first and use the deposit without having to use your credit card.

- If the currency is in the United States Dollar (USD) and the Japanese Yen (JPY), please note that you can pay with international credit cards and Alipay via PayPal and Eximbay.
