We would like to provide you with some information regarding purchasing the official merchandise on-site for the TOMORROW X TOGETHER FANLIVE MOA X TOGETHER that will be held at the Olympic Park Olympic Hall on Saturday March 5 and Sunday March 6, 2022.

You can purchase the official TOMORROW X TOGETHER FANLIVE MOA X TOGETHER concert merchandise by either ordering in advance and picking up on-site, or purchasing on site. Please refer to the information below for details.

Weverse Shop pre-purchase for pickup

Weverse Shop account holders can purchase the official merchandise on Weverse Shop GLOBAL, and pick up your purchases on the TOMORROW X TOGETHER FANLIVE MOA X TOGETHER concert site.

Sales period

- 10 AM Saturday March 5, 2022 until products last

- 10 AM Sunday March 6, 2022 until products last

Pickup period

- 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday March 5, 2022

- 10 AM to 5 PM, Sunday March 6, 2022

How to Purchase on Weverse Shop and Pick Up On-Site

① Weverse Shop - TOMORROW X TOGETHER (GLOBAL) - Purchase the [On-Site Pickup Only] product from the PICK UP category.

② Check the QR code on [MY - Order History]

③ Present your QR code to the staff when at the on-site pickup area, and pick up your purchases

Important Information

□ You will be able to pick up your purchases regardless of your concert attendance.

□ Product purchases for on-site pickup are only available in the Republic of Korea.

□ Please make your way to the pickup area with enough time to spare as there may be a long line.

□ Merchandise on sale through Weverse Shop are identical to those available for sale at the on-site merchandise booth.

□ All items may sell out early.

□ Please make sure to not disclose the QR code you receive after making your purchase from Weverse Shop as you will be able to pick up your purchases without any identification verification.

□ Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pickup hours will be canceled and refunded within three business days.

□ Up to five MINI PHOTO CARD can be purchased per person, and one MINI PHOTO CARD SET can be purchased per person.

□ Up to three per item, or three per option of an item if there are any can be purchased per person for all other products.

(Ex. In the case of the key ring, three key rings per option, a total of 15 can be purchased per person)

□ If a product is defective, you will be able to exchange it for a new product should there be stock left on-site, so please check for any defects when you pick up your purchases.

□ Please have your receipt ready when exchanging a product for defects. You will receive a full refund if the product is sold out.

□ Date and time of product availability and quantity are subject to unexpected changes.

□ Please note that additional shopping bags will not be provided or sold at the booth.

* Payment Information

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or by using PayPal, Eximbay, Payco, Toss, Kakao Pay or Weverse Card.

- When using Toss or Kakao Pay, you can charge them first and use the deposit without having to use your credit card.

- If the currency is in the United States Dollar (USD) and the Japanese Yen (JPY), please note that you can pay with international credit cards and Alipay via PayPal and Eximbay.

Information for Entering the Merchandise Area

□ Wearing a mask is mandatory after entering the store area, and your entry may be restricted if you are exhibiting respiratory symptoms and/or not wearing a mask.

□ In compliance with government distancing regulations, customers will be required to maintain a distance of at least one meter from other customers. Thank you in advance for your cooperation with staff instructions to maintain safety.
