How to Enter the Fansign Raffle

You can enter the raffle on the fansign event page by entering the required information (date of birth and more) after purchasing TOMORROW X TOGETHER The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE on Weverse Shop GLOBAL. Please note that you will enter the raffle on Weverse App; therefore, you must be logged in to Weverse with your Weverse Shop account which was used to purchase the album.

1. The number of raffle entries will automatically equal the number of albums ordered on Weverse Shop GLOBAL, not the number of orders.

2. You can enter the raffle after entering the required information as indicated on the fansign event page.

- Name (Based on the person who entered the raffle)

- Date of birth (YYYYMMDD format)

- KakaoTalk ID 

- Valid mobile phone number

3. For set products, the number of raffle entries will equal the total number of albums included in the set products.

Please Note (When entering the raffle)

1. You will enter the raffle on Weverse App; therefore, you must be logged in to Weverse with your Weverse Shop account which was used to purchase the album. If you do not have a Weverse account, please sign up for Weverse and join TOMORROW X TOGETHER Weverse with the same account as your Weverse Shop account used to purchase the albums.

2. You will be redirected to the raffle page when you tap 'Enter Raffle' on the announcement posted on TOMORROW X TOGETHER Weverse, in which you are logged in with Weverse Shop account used to purchase the album.

3. Only the customers who purchased TOMORROW X TOGETHER The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE on Weverse Shop GLOBAL during the raffle dates.

4. The time of raffle entry is based on the time of payment.

5. Canceling the album order after entering the raffle will result in exclusion from the raffle. 

6. If you enter and do not win the raffle, the purchased albums cannot be accepted for returns.

7. The raffle winners and their information will be based on the information entered for the recipient name, date of birth, and email when entering the raffle.

8. Those with nationalities other than South Korean can enter the raffle by entering the name under their passport. (Names entered in Korean will not be accepted.)

9. When entering the raffle, Weverse and Weverse Shop GLOBAL will collect your personal information (name, date of birth, email, and phone number). Raffle winners may be required to provide additional personal information for participation in the event, and the information may be transferred to HYBE Co., ltd (The information will be destroyed within 7 days after the event has ended.)

10. Albums purchased or the orders with the albums made during the raffle will be delivered to the address provided before the event. Please note that the albums may be delivered separately due to circumstances involving the logistics.

11. The winning raffle cannot be sold or transferred to another person, and if you are found doing so, you will be denied entry to the event. If your information under your ID and the information in the raffle entry do not match, you will also be restricted from the event.

12. One of the albums purchased will be signed by the members and you must bring the albums to the event.

13. The event is subject to change or cancellation due to the COVID-19 prevention measures issued by the South Korean government or circumstances at the event venue or location.

COVID-19 Prevention At The Venue

1. For the safety of the artists and fans, you will go through the COVID-19 screening by the staff and will be restricted from entering the venue on the day of fansign if...

- you have contacted one or more people with COVID-19 OR someone who contacted one or more people with COVID-19.

- you show symptoms of cough, fever, sore throat, and other respiratory/pulmonary diseases.

- you have been to places where one or more people with COVID-19 visited in the last 14 days.

- you have visited another country in the last 14 days from the date of the fansign. 

- you did not finish your 14-day quarantine after entering South Korea from overseas. 

2. Before entering the venue, you must complete the medical checkup form and your temperature will be measured. If your temperature is over 37.5°C or you show symptoms of cough, sore throat, or other COVID-19 symptoms, you cannot enter the venue and will be restricted from the fansign.

3. On the day of the fansign, you must check in with the QR code entry log and complete the medical checkup form for COVID-19 prevention. Please make sure that you complete the form truthfully as false information or intentional omission of information will result in penalties in accordance with the South Korean “INFECTIOUS DISEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION ACT.” Furthermore, on the day of the fansign, all medical information must be up to date. To ensure that the event goes ahead smoothly, please complete the form before entering the venue. 

4. You must wear a mask at all times at the venue. Otherwise, you will be restricted from the venue.

5. If you are found not wearing a mask or having food or drinks, other than water, at the venue, you will be banned from the event. In such a case, you cannot cancel or refund your album purchase. Please make sure you wear a mask at all times during the event.

6. For the COVID-19 prevention, the seats during the fansign will be socially distanced, and a transparent partition will be placed between the artists and the fans. Please comply with COVID-19 prevention measures such as wearing a mask or washing hands frequently.

7. As a part of COVID-19 prevention, we restrict the following behaviors such as trying to start a conversation with the artists with a loud voice, shouting, chanting, and standing up. Please show your support for the artists with big rounds of applause.

8. If you did not win the raffle, please do not visit the proximity around the fansign venue for the COVID-19 prevention.

9. If you do not follow through with the aforementioned notice, you may be restricted from the venue and may experience disadvantage.

Please Note (If you won the raffle)

1. Please have your valid ID ready to enter the fansign.

- South Korean citizen: Resident Card, Driver’s License, Passport, or Youth Card (Issued by the local community center)

- Non South Korean citizen: Passport or Alien Registration Card

2. Participants with a nationality other than South Korea can complete the ID check with the name on their passport ONLY.

3. Name, photo, and date of birth on the ID will be checked. You will be restricted from entering the fansign if there is any mismatch with the raffle entry.

4. Only the raffle winner can participate in the fansign once and the winning raffle cannot be sold or transferred to another person. (If found, you will be restricted from the fansign)

5. More information regarding the fansign date, location, and ID check will be announced along with the winners.

6. The name entered for the raffle will be signed ONLY on the album.

7. Only hand-written letters can be sent to artists as a gift. Please note that the letters will be collected in a box before entering the fansign, and cannot be directly handed to the artists. Any other gifts will not be accepted.

8. Due to social distancing measures, flower wreaths, headband, character hats, and other goods cannot be given to the artists.

9. We strictly forbid personal video or audio recording while the artists are signing your album.

10. The seats will be randomly assigned and announced along with the winners. Changing seats in any way will be strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the staff may result in restriction from the fansign.

11. If you are found selling or transferring the winning raffle, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission to all events with TOMORROW X TOGETHER  in the future.

12. Fans who violate TOMORROW X TOGETHER fan club etiquette may be restricted from the fansign without notice. This applies to all raffle winners including the users of TOMORROW X TOGETHER Global Official Fanclub(MOA).
