How to purchase the official merch on Weverse Shop & pick up on site

Step 1. Go to Weverse → Shop on the bottom left → BTS → Purchase products from [On-Site Pick-up Only] under the PICK-UP category

② Weverse → More → Order History → Check your QR code

③ Present your QR code to the staff at the pickup zone and receive your purchases.

Purchase Limit

- For TOUR MINI CHARM (GOYANG), you can purchase up to 2 per person.

- For MINI PHOTO CARD SET and LUCKY DRAW, you can purchase up to 10 per person.

- For products other than TOUR MINI CHARM (GOYANG), MINI PHOTO CARD SET, and LUCKY DRAW, you can purchase up to 3 per product. For products with options, you can purchase up to 3 per option. (For example, you can purchase three of each size option of L/S T-SHIRT, which sums up to 12 in total.)

- Please note that the purchase limit may change depending on the circumstances on site.

※ For [GOYANG] [HAPPY] RANDOM and [GOYANG] [Echo] RANDOM, the albums will be available to pick up only at the album pickup booth located in the Goyang Sports Complex.

※ The special gifts may go out of stock early due to limited quantity.

※ Minor scratches that occur during the finishing procedure of production are not defects. Any dents of 5mm or less, fine scratches, and ink splatters are not grounds for exchange.

Please Note

* Weverse members will be able to purchase the official merch and albums on Weverse Shop when they are within a 2.5-km radius of the #RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR in GOYANG venue and pick them up at the venue.

* The products may go out of stock early due to limited quantity.

* Please note that booth open hours may change depending on the circumstances on site.

* Purchases that are not picked up during the on-site pickup period will be automatically canceled and refunded within three business days. (Orders not picked up on the day of purchase will be automatically cancelled after the on-site pickup booth closes on the same day.)

* To ensure the best customer experience, there will be a purchase limit for each product per person. Failure to cooperate with purchase limits may result in staff intervention.

* Do not share your QR code. Since there is no additional identity verification at the pickup booth, anyone with access to your QR code will be able to collect your purchases.

* Please be careful not to purchase illegal, unauthorized products. #RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR in GOYANG official merch is available for purchase only at the official booth at the venue and Weverse Shop.

* Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.

* Refunds are only available at the on-site booth during the operation hours. Defective items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase after confirming your order details.

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card.
