Official albums will be available for purchase and pickup at the venue of Jin ‘Happy’ POP-UP : Running Wild to Happiness Pop Up Store.

You can pre-purchase the albums on Weverse to pick them up at the site. Please check below for details.

How to Buy OFFICIAL ALBUM on Weverse and Pick Up On-site

① Scan the QR code at the Pop Up Store to access the purchase page

① Purchase albums from [On-Site Pick-up Only]

② Weverse → More → My Orders → Check your QR code

④ Present your QR code to the staff at the Pop Up Store checkout and receive your purchases.


Purchase Limit 

- For Jin (BTS) [Happy] RANDOM, you can purchase up to 15. 

- For Jin (BTS) [Happy] SET, you can purchase up to 5.

- For Jin (BTS) [Happy] (Weverse Albums ver.), you can purchase up to 40.

- The purchase limit of the products may change depending on the circumstances at the site.

You still need to make a reservation even if you want to buy and pick up albums only.

Notes and return/exchange policies on album purchases differ from those for other products. For policies on merch available on the pop up store (except albums), please find more details on Weverse Shop (click here).

All products are available for purchase only by scanning the QR code at the pop up store and pick them up on-site.

Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification process at the pickup zone and anyone can pick up your purchased products if they have access to your QR code.

Shopping bags are available for purchase only when buying products. You cannot buy a shopping bag separately without purchasing any products.

The purchase limit per person may vary depending on each album, and payment may be rejected or canceled if you exceed this limit.

Please ask on-site staff at the pop up store for help with questions regarding on-site pickup.



Please Note (Exchange and Refund of Albums)

Purchases that are not picked up on the day will be canceled and refunded after the POP-UP ends.

Exchanges are available for 7 days after the purchase was made, but only for cases where the purchased product is undamaged. 

When you request an exchange for a defective product, your purchase history on Weverse Shop will be checked. You will receive a full refund if the defective product is sold out.

A refund will be made with the original payment method. Any received event gifts (LUCKY DRAW special gifts and event prizes) must also be returned upon refund.

Please bring the purchased product and your receipt for an exchange with the same product within 7 days after the purchase was made. Please note that the product must be undamaged.

Refunds are not available in the following cases.

: If the special gift(s) provided with the purchase is not returned or damaged.

: A product without its label or tag, of a damaged or opened product

: A product with signs of use

: A product that has lost its value as a new item due to customer negligence (improper storage or mishandling).



Payment Information 

- You can pay by debit and credit cards, or with PayPal, Eximbay, Alipay+, WeChat pay, Payco, Toss, NAVER Pay, Kakao Pay, or Weverse Card. 

- If you add Toss, NAVER Pay, or Kakao Pay to payment methods, you can use the balance on your preferred payment option to pay, without having to use a credit card. 

- If your default currency is set to USD, JPY, or CNY, you can pay with available payment methods for each currency.
