To participate in the Lucky Draw event, reserve your visit during the yellow-colored boxes. (You cannot participate in the Lucky Draw event when you visit the museum during other times.)

* You can participate in the Lucky Draw at the museum shop after looking through HYBE INSIGHT.

* Please observe the time schedule as your participation in the Lucky Draw is restricted when you visit when it is not operating.

* You can participate in the Lucky Draw once, after your identity verification and event winner verification. (All participants get one photo card).

[How to verify your participation of Butterful fan event & submit relevant information]

1. The event winners will receive an email individually regarding your attendance confirmation and personal information to verify your identity, after Mon. July 19, 2021, 6PM(KST).

2. Please submit your attendance confirmation and relevant personal information to verify your identity by following through the guideline on the email.

3. Make sure that you respond to the email within the due date after checking your session.

4. Late responses are not accepted, and it is considered that you do not attend the event when you do not respond within the due date. Even if you cannot attend the event, please submit the relevant information so that we can send gifts to your address. If you do not respond within the due date, it is considered that you do not wish to accept the gifts.

5. Information: attendance confirmation, name to verify your identity, date of birth, mobile number, Weverse ID to log in to HYBE INSIGHT, nickname, your choice of the artist for the photo ticket (only Butterful Night winners).

6. If you did not receive any email by Mon. July 19, 2021, 11:59PM(KST) despite being selected as a winner, please contact Weverse Shop customer service.

7. You can participate in the event only when 1)your personal information(name, date of birth) submitted by the email, 2)actual attendee’s information on their ID card, and 3)Weverse Shop winner information match.

8. If you cannot attend the Butterful fan event, the gift will be sent to the address submitted by the survey after the event ends.

[How to participate in the Butterful fan event]

Butterful Night Winners

Please refer to the email sent to the winners for detailed information regarding the event participation.

1. The session is decided upon the weeks that you had chosen when entering the raffle, and you cannot change your winning session.

2. Admissions start 30 minutes prior to each session. Please note that 10 minutes pass the scheduled time is considered a No-Show.

3. Upon admission, your ID will be checked for the verification and QR code will be checked to confirm HYBE INSIGHT and Weverse event winners. * You can check your winner QR code by tapping More(···) button on the top right corner of BTS Weverse Shop > BTS event application page. Please note that a screenshot image cannot be used. Activate the Weverse application on site.

4. Only the winner can participate once. After verification of identity and winning the event, a wristband will be given and you will be allowed to enter. You cannot transfer your winning ticket to others.

※The admission wristband is for the Lucky Draw participation. If you lose the wristband, you cannot participate in the Butterful fan event & Lucky Draw event.

5. You cannot go outside the venue during the Butterful fan event other than going to the bathroom. You cannot re-enter If you exited once.

Butterful Day Winners

Please refer to the email sent to the winners for detailed information regarding the event participation.

1. Only the winner can enter HYBE INSIGHT. You can participate in the Lucky Draw after verification of identity and winning the event. You cannot transfer your winning ticket to others.

※You cannot participate in the Lucky Draw at the museum shop if you are not the winner.

2. When participating in the Lucky Draw, your ID will be checked for the verification and QR code will be checked to confirm the winner. The winner can participate in the Lucky Draw once during the event period. The participant will get one photocard.

[ Please Note (If you won the raffle) ]

1. Please have your valid ID ready to enter the fan event.

South Korean citizen: Resident Card, Driver’s License, Passport (issued before December 21, 2020), or Youth Card (Issued by the local community center)
Non-South Korean citizen: Passport

*Non-South Korean citizen’s identity is verified only with the English name written in the passport.

*Other IDs such as student’s registration cards are not accepted.

*All ID cards must be presented in physical form, and must not be expired.

2. Name, photo, and date of birth on the ID will be checked. You will be restricted from entering the fan event if there is any mismatch with the raffle entry.

3. Only the winner can enter the venue, and you cannot transfer or sell the winning number. (If you are found to have engaged in such acts, you cannot enter the venue.)

4. You will be denied admission to all events with BTS in the future if you are found to have engaged in fraudulent acts such as selling, copying, or transferring the winning number.

5. The program will be carried out based on the characteristics of each event. Please refer to HYBE INSIGHT official application or homepage for detailed information regarding how to use HYBE INSIGHT. You may be kicked out from the venue if you do not follow the guidance of staff members.

6. If you cannot participate in the event despite being selected as a winner, the gift will be sent out to you individually. (However, some gifts such as drinks and food cannot be delivered as they can go stale.)

[ COVID-19 Prevention At The Venue ]

1. For the safety of the participants, you will go through the COVID-19 screening by the staff and will be restricted from entering the venue on the day of the fan event if...

you have contacted one or more people with COVID-19 OR someone who contacted one or more people with COVID-19 in the last 14 days, and were asked to take a test.
you show symptoms of cough, fever, sore throat, and other respiratory/pulmonary diseases.
you have visited another country in the last 14 days from the date of the fan event.
you did not finish your 14-day quarantine after entering South Korea from overseas.

2. Before entering the venue, you must complete the medical checkup form and your temperature will be measured. If your temperature is above 37.5°C or you show symptoms of cough, sore throat, or other COVID-19 symptoms, you cannot enter the venue and will be restricted from the fan event.

3. On the day of the fan event, you must check in with the QR code entry log and complete the medical checkup form for COVID-19 prevention. Please make sure that you complete the form truthfully as false information or intentional omission of information will result in penalties in accordance with the South Korean “INFECTIOUS DISEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION ACT.” Furthermore, on the day of the fan event, all medical information must be up to date. To ensure that the event goes ahead smoothly, please complete the form before entering the venue.

4. You must wear an approved N95 mask at all times at the venue (surgical masks not allowed). Otherwise, you will be restricted from the venue.

5. If you are found not wearing a mask or having food or drinks, other than water, at the venue, you will be banned from the event. In such a case, you cannot cancel or refund your album purchase. Please make sure you wear a mask at all times during the event.

6. For the COVID-19 prevention, the seats during the fan event will be socially distanced. Please comply with COVID-19 prevention measures such as wearing a mask and washing hands frequently.

7. If you did not win the raffle, please do not visit the proximity around the fan event venue for the COVID-19 prevention.
