* The raffle winners will receive a ticket per person during the check-in process. The seats will be randomly assigned. Changing seats in any way is strictly prohibited.

* Winner verification numbers are given for the identity verification process, and they are not given on a first-come-first-served basis. Please check the time for your number and be ready for the winner's identity verification.

* If you arrive at the venue after the ID verification ends, you may not be allowed admission.

* Your seating will not be affected by your winner verification number. Please do not form random waiting queues at the site.

[What to Bring]

A valid photo ID for identity verification

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc. to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

※ For customers who enter the raffle on this website, your identity and the winning QR code will be verified in the admission process. A screenshot will be not considered valid. [Please Note (For raffle winners)]

※ It is up to the winners to check the notices and guidelines. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.

1. According to the Weverse Company policies regarding the collection and use of personal information, the event is available for 14-year-olds and older (must be born on or before October 23, 2010). Minors under the age (born on or after October 24, 2010) cannot enter the venue even when accompanied by a guardian. However, customers aged 9 years old (born on or before October 23, 2015) to under 14 years old (born on or after October 24, 2010) can participate in the event by entering the raffle under the name of their legal representative. For such cases, consent from the legal representative is required and participation is only allowed if the legal representative can prove they are a direct ascendant or guardian of the participant (the customer under 14 years old).

※ Both the legal representative and the customer in question must visit the venue together.

※ In this case, they must bring all the required documents listed below; if any of the documents are missing, participation is not allowed even if accompanied by a guardian.

※ Only a direct ascendant or guardian of the participant may act as their legal representative. Siblings or other relatives of the participant cannot use their name to enter the raffle on behalf of the customer.

[Required Documents]

1) A document verifying the legal guardianship (one of the following): family relationship certificate, resident registration certificate, or guardianship registration

2) ID of the individual who used their name to enter the raffle

3) ID of the individual who will actually participate in the event (acceptable IDs include a passport or South Korean Youth Card issued by community service centers). Please note that student IDs will NOT be accepted.

※ Customers under 9 years old (born on or after October 24, 2015) or those over 14 years old who used their legal representative's name to enter the raffle cannot participate in the event, even when accompanied by a legal representative.

2. Please make your way with enough time to spare as the ticket distribution may take a long time.

3. The raffle winning cannot be used to admit someone else to the event, and it cannot be transferred or sold. If you are found selling or transferring the ticket, you will be denied admission to the event.

4. Admission may be temporarily unavailable after the event starts. Please follow the guidelines of the staff for admission.

5. You are prohibited from bringing in beverages and food. Prohibited items also include pets, flower bouquets, balloons, and hazardous objects such as bottles, firecrackers, and lasers.

6. The event may be recorded in videos by BELIFT LAB Co. Please be aware that you may be recorded in the videos. Also, please note that technical equipment and stage installations may affect your view.

7. The faces and voices of the participants may be recorded in the video content. It will be considered that you have given us indefinite permission and agreement to our use of the content, upon your participation in the event. The video content may be appropriately edited and touched up according to the purpose of using it.
