- Only one type of pass is available for purchase per show day - either a 1 DAY PASS or a 2 DAY PASS.
- Up to one device can be logged on simultaneously for single views; up to two devices for multi-views.
- The “Delayed Single-View Streaming” event will be provided only to customers who purchased a ticket with the “Delayed Single-View Streaming” included.
- Cancellation or refund of your ticket is available until one hour before the start of the concert. After this deadline, a refund will not be available even if you do not watch the concert.
- Cancellation or refund for the 2 Day Pass ticket is available until one hour before the start of the June 10 streaming (5 PM, June 10, 2023 (KST)). Part-time refunds will become unavailable as well.
