To commemorate NewJeans Fan Meeting 'Bunnies Camp 2024 Tokyo Dome’ which will  be held on Wednesday, June 26th and Thursday, June 27th, we are pleased to announce the lineup and purchase methods for  'Bunnies Camp 2024 Tokyo Dome’ Official Merch!


■How to Purchase 

There are two ways to purchase Official Merch: "Weverse Shop JAPAN on-site pickup" and "Onsite General Sales."

(1) Guidelines for Using Weverse Shop PICK-UP Booth

Please review and follow these guidelines for smooth pickup on the day:

※ To use the NewJeans Weverse Shop JAPAN on-site pickup service, please ensure you have completed free registration on the Weverse Shop JAPAN in advance. Non-members cannot use this service, so we appreciate your understanding.

※ Please update the Weverse app to the latest version for smooth operation.

※ Pre-payment and pre-booking of pickup times are mandatory for all orders.

※ If you reserve your pick-up time just before the start of the event, you may be late for the performance. Attendees are advised to arrive with sufficient time before the performance.

※ After placing your order, please make sure to schedule your pickup time. Kindly arrive at the booth during your reserved time slot to collect your items promptly.


※ There are no geographical restrictions when purchasing. You can make purchases through the app from anywhere.

※ Depending on the situation on the day, the pickup closing time may be moved up. Thank you for your understanding.

※ Please visit the PICK-UP booth within the time slot you reserved.

※ Changes to reservation times are only possible if there are available slots. Changes to fully booked slots are not allowed, so please take note.

※ Orders not picked up during the pickup period will be automatically canceled after the PICK-UP booth closes on each performance day. Please pick up your order within the specified period after confirming the pickup time.

※ Even if you do not have a ticket for the show, you can still use 'NewJeans Weverse Shop JAPAN on-site pickup'.

※ When queuing at the waiting area, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff.

※ All products are limited in quantity, and sales will end as stock runs out. Thank you for your understanding.

※ Overnight stays around the venue and gathering late at night are strictly prohibited as they may cause inconvenience to nearby residents. Moreover, if any inconvenience is found, depending on operational judgment, product purchase may not be possible.

※ After purchase, returns or exchanges due to customer reasons are not possible. For defective items, exchanges are only possible on the day of purchase (until the end of the pickup period), so please confirm the purchased items and quantity on-site. Future actions cannot be taken under any circumstances, so please confirm on the day of receipt (until the end of the pickup period). For exchanges due to defects, if you have ordered through 'NewJeans Weverse Shop JAPAN on-site pickup', please make sure to present the order history screen. If you do not present the order history screen, returns or exchanges are not possible for any reason, so we appreciate your understanding. If there are no exchange items available, a refund will be provided.

※ Returns and exchanges due to customer reasons are not possible after purchase. For defective items, exchanges are only possible at the venue on the day of purchase (until the end of the pickup period), so please ensure to check the purchased items and quantities on-site. No further actions can be taken afterwards, so please confirm upon receipt of the product. For exchanges of defective items, please make sure to present the order history screen from the general sales site My Page. If you do not present the order history screen, returns or exchanges are not possible for any reason, so we appreciate your understanding. If there are no exchange items available, a refund will be provided.

※ Official Merch of this show are marked with the ADOR or HYBE name along with © notation or hologram sticker. Please refrain from purchasing or selling illegal products.

Please review and follow these guidelines for smooth purchase on the day:

※ To use Onsite General Sales, email registration is required. Please register via the QR at the venue or the URL provided in the table above to start using the service.

※ Even if you make a reservation, availability may not be guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding.

※ If you purchase just before the performance starts, you may be late for the performance. Attendees are advised to arrive with sufficient time.

※ For smooth item purchase, please come to the general sales booth within the reception time specified after placing your order for payment and receipt.

※ Depending on the situation on the day, the advised reception time may be moved up. We appreciate your understanding.

※ As the reception time approaches, you will be notified via the registered email. Please check it. ※ Depending on the situation on the day, the reception closing time may be moved up. We appreciate your understanding.

※ Please visit the general sales booth within the specified reception time with sufficient leeway.

※ Reception times may be subject to change. Thank you for your understanding.

※ Orders not paid for and received at the general sales booth within the reception time will be automatically canceled. Please receive your order within the specified period.

※ If your order is automatically canceled due to not receiving on time, you will need to reapply. You must obtain a new numbered ticket.
