As we approach the 2020 Thanksgiving holidays (Chuseok) in South Korea, we would like to inform you that our shipping service will experience some delays from 30 September 2020 to 4 October 2020.

To make sure you get your orders as early as possible, we recommend you to make your orders before the holidays begin.

Please follow the important deadlines below (KST).

* South Korea shipping

- 24 September, 6 PM

- 23 September, 6 PM for Jeju Island, Ulleung Island, and other islands

* International shipping

- 25 September, 5 PM

The orders that are to be shipped out on the deadlines above will be delivered on 5 October or after the holidays end.

The orders placed after the deadlines above will be shipped out after 5 October, depending on the courier.

Please note the deadlines above reflect the schedule of the couriers and may change in case of a high volume of orders.
