We would like to provide some information on how to purchase official merchandise on-site at the TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR <ACT : LOVE SICK> IN SEOUL in Jamsil Indoor stadium on Saturday, July 2 and Sunday, July 3 2022. 

The official TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR <ACT : LOVE SICK> IN SEOUL merchandise can be purchased in two ways: pre-purchasing and picking up the purchases on-site, and purchasing the products on-site. Please see below for more details on how to make your purchase.

1. Weverse Shop pre-purchase for pickup

Weverse Shop account holders can purchase the official merchandise on Weverse Shop GLOBAL, and pick up your purchases on the TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR <ACT : LOVE SICK> IN SEOUL concert site.

• Sales period:

-11 AM Saturday July 2, 2022 until products last

-11 AM Sunday July 3, 2022 until products last

• Pickup period:

-From 11 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday July 2, 2022

-From 11 AM to 4:30 PM, Sunday July 3, 2022 

• Pickup Area: Jamsil Hockey field next to the Indoor stadium

• How to Purchase on Weverse Shop and Pick Up On-Site

① Weverse Shop - TOMORROW X TOGETHER (GLOBAL) - Purchase the [On-Site Pickup Only] product from the PICK UP category.

② Check the QR code on [MY - Order History] 

③ Present your QR code to the staff when at the on-site pickup area, and pick up your purchases

• Important Information

□ You will be able to pick up your products regardless of your concert attendance.

□ Product purchase for on-site pickup is only available in the Republic of Korea.

□ Please make your way to the pickup area with enough time to spare as there may be a long line.

□ [Local Pickup Only] products on sale through Weverse Shop are identical to merchandise available for sale through the official merchandise booth.

□ Please note that Mini Photo Book will not be sold on site or be available for pick up.

□ All items may sell out early.

□ Please make sure to not disclose the QR code you receive after making your purchase from Weverse Shop as you will be able to pick up your purchases without any identification verification.

□ Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pickup hours will be canceled and refunded within three business days.

□ Up to five MINI PHOTO CARD can be purchased per person, and one MINI PHOTO CARD SET can be purchased per person.

□ Up to three per item, or three per option of an item if there are any can be purchased per person for all other products.

   (Ex. In the case of the PREMIUM PHOTO, three PREMIUM PHOTO per option, a total of 18 can be purchased per person)

□ If a product is defective, you will be able to exchange it for a new product should there be stock left on-site, so please check for any defects when you pick up your purchases.

□ Please have your receipt ready when exchanging a product for defects. You will receive a full refund if the product is sold out.

□ Shopping bags will not be provided for free on-site.

□ Please refer to Weverse Shop Customer Service for additional inquiries about picking up on-site.

• Official Light Stick In-Person Exchange Due to Power Error Notice

Exchanges due to power error of the light stick are available at the Official Light Stick exchange booth on site. (S/N: LT-172545 ~ LT-203578)

* You must bring the light stick you wish to exchange. (only the light stick, excluding the accessories and outbox)

* You can get your light stick exchanged at the exchange booth at the concert venue if you wish to exchange it in person, whether or not you have the concert ticket.
