The second round of sales of BTS THEMED MERCH inspired by the best of BTS’s songs will begin Monday, May 3. There will also be a special gift event for the customers who purchase the BTS THEMED MERCH.

*Who

- Customers who purchased products in the THEMED MERCH category on Weverse Shop Global during the event period

- There is a limited number of special gifts, and the event may end early if stocks run out.


*Important information for participating in the event

- 1 random gift is sent for every order. (Ex: 1 special gift for one order with three products)

- If you would like to exchange the product you purchased that includes a special gift, you must send in the product only. The special gift will not be re-sent in the case of an exchange.

- If you would like to return the product you purchased that includes a special gift, you must send in the special gift along with the product. You will not be able to receive the refund if the special gift is not sent.

-If the special gift you have received is defective, please make your inquiry to the Weverse Shop customer service center along with a photograph of the product, and we will re-send the gift. Please note that the special gift will be sent at random.

- The special gift cannot be exchanged unless it is defective.

- Up to 3 products with a single option can be purchased

- Up to 3 of each option can be purchased for products with multiple options

BTS THEMED MERCH products are consigned goods and cannot be shipped with other products.

- Delivery to some countries and regions may be restricted due to COVID-19. Please see the notice for more details regarding countries and regions with shipping delays and restrictions.


*Payment methods

- Payment can be made with credit cards (including debit cards) PayPal, Eximbay, Payco, Toss, and KakaoPay.

- When using Toss or KakaoPay, there is no need for a credit card, and you can make your payment with the remaining balance on your account.

- Foreign credit cards and AliPay can be used through PayPal and Eximbay if you select the American dollar (USD) or the Japanese yen (JPY) as your preferred currency.


*Important information regarding shipping

- Entering your detailed address is compulsory when entering your shipping address. The order will not be shipped if detailed information is not provided.

- In the case of shipping within South Korea, please change your language setting to Korean and enter your address in Korean.

- In the case of shipping to countries and regions other than South Korea, please enter your address in English.

- Please make sure the recipient and address is entered in English for international shipping. - Your order may not be shipped if the information is provided in a different language. Ex) If the information includes special characters such as, á, é, í, ó, ú, ü, ñ etc.

※ If you are ordering from a country or region outside of South Korea, additional taxes may be imposed or customs clearance may be denied if a large order is shipped to the same address, depending on the policies of the country or region of your residence. Please make sure to check before you make your purchase. Additional taxes on large orders are covered by the customer.

※ If there is an error in the shipping address, your shipment may be lost or delayed. Additional shipping may not be available if your order is lost in the case of products with a limited stock. Please make sure the address you provided is accurate when you place your order.
