How to watch BTS SEASON'S GREETINGS 2022

• Digital codes are services that allow you to watch high-definition VODs on Weverse. Register/verify the code on the card to watch the VOD.
• MOBILE : Run the Weverse mobile app and select the video you want to watch in the media menu of your artist, and scan the QR code or register the number code under the QR code to watch.
• COMPUTER : Register the number code on the card to watch the video on Weverse in your browser.
• TV APP: Register the digital code on your Weverse mobile app or Weverse on your computer browser, then watch the video using your TV app.
• You need a Weverse Account to watch the content.
• You can watch the content forever with one time registration.
• One digital code can be registered per one Weverse Account. The code cannot be registered in another account when it is already registered in one account.

Purchase Details

• Can purchase up to 3. 
• The cancellation of an order may be restricted depending on your order status.
• The outbox is used to protect the actual product. Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds due to damages that may occur during the delivery.\

Shipping Information

• We cannot ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
• Please note that the address cannot be changed once the order is placed.
• Shipping may be delayed due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
• Only the Continental United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)

※ DELAYED OR LOST SHIPPING can occur if you enter the WRONG ADDRESS. Please make sure the address is correct since it is impossible to ship the limited edition product again, as it can’t be manufactured additionally.
