Parking Information

1. On off-show dates (April 24th & 27th), parking may be available at George M. Steinbrenner Field for Weverse Pickup only. Please have your Pickup QR ready for parking lot staff to verify your reserved Pickup. For these dates, please leave the parking lot immediately after completing your pickup.
2. On on-show dates (April 25th, 26th, 28th), parking is NOT available at George M. Steinbrenner Field for Weverse Pickup as the lot is occupied for rideshares.
3. Per venue’s policy, violators will be towed at the owner's expense.
4. Parking availability and arrangements are subject to change at the venue’s discretion and based on local conditions.

Please Note for Pickup

- Please collect your order at your reserved time. Pickup may be restricted outside the reserved time slot.

- If you have multiple orders, you may merge them under one time slot and collect them together.

- During the pre-order period, you may change your pickup date & time to other available time slots. Once the pre-order has ended, you cannot change your pickup date & time.

- Do not share the QR code for your purchases. QR codes are non-transferable. Printed copies or screenshots of QR code will not be accepted.

- Network connectivity may be unstable on-site. Tap the 'Save QR for Offline Use' button in your order history to view your QR code even without an internet connection. (Weverse > More > [Saved QR] page).

- Please note that all details are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

- Prior to the pickup dates, a separate notice will be sent via Weverse Shop and email with detailed pickup information.

Please Note for Purchase

- Order cancellation is only allowed during the pre-order period. No order cancellation is allowed for any reason after the pre-order period.

- You can purchase up to 1 per option per order.

- Refund is not available for orders that are not picked up.

- Exchanges and refunds for change of mind are not allowed.

- All products may go out of stock early as inventory is limited.

- After receiving your item, please check for defects immediately before leaving the pickup gate. Defective products can only be exchanged at the time & location of pickup.

- Please note that shopping bags will not be provided.
